Excellent service from Truworths Festival mall
Juniors Huvu from Truworths Festival mall always gives an excellent service. Whenever go there to collect my online order, the minute he sees me in the queue he goes and get my order and by the time I get to the counter my order is ready. This saves me a lot of time. He assist with a smile and pride. Very dedicated and professional. I am a very happy customer. Always a good experience from Truworths Festival mall because of him.

Warning about RAK PROPERTY HOLDINGS. The company is a ****
I would like to warn all South Africans about RAK Property Holdings. They took over 60% of my deposit after staying in their unit for just 6 months. They double charged me for services the month I moved out so that they get money from my deposit even things which are standard. I left their unit at the end of the contract in a perfect condition, even better than the way I found it. I thoroughly cleaned their cupboards, bathroom and everywhere. I even washed the windows but they still took money from my deposit. I have been paying unreasonable amount of money every month for electricity and their services but they still tell me about recovering. They are a ****, trust me.

Unlawful policy by Norkem Hardware. No refund policy
I will never buy from this shop again. I bought an item for plumbing because my pipe was leaking. The guy who was assisting us said we can return it if it doesn't fit. I brought back the item and I was told about no refund policy, only exchange. This is unlawful, every retailer must operate within the confines of the consumer protection act. I would like to warn people to stop supporting this small hardwares which don't value your support. Buy from places like builders warehouse where they value your support and respect the laws of this country

Horrible service from Courieit
Bad experience from Courieit. My order from adidas was supposed to have been delivered on the 30th of November. It did not happen till today. Been calling every day, more than once a day, it is either the phone does not get answered or I am told it will be delivered, no explanation why they are not delivering. I am very frustrated. I buy online all the time and I have never experienced such a terrible service.
