I bought an iPhone 14 in November 2025 CPO and had to wait for almost 2weeks for delivery. Now the phone is not working since Sunday and it wanted updates but doesn't accept any update. I logged a call yesterday by sending email no response. Sent WhatsApp and no response and we paid R9000 for this phone to work only less than 4months. I need urgent response as my daughter is using the phone for school work. This is so disappointing
Lat month app**** for MTN LTE sim uncapped data sim. waited 10 days and sim was delivered. sim only worked for 1 hour on a potable router then stopped working. When trying to call them 0870850530 all the time the number says does not exist when using a different number from the one you have used as your contact number. went through all the trouble of buying another home router and boom still not working. and everytime you are talking to machines you will never find a a consultant. last week a consultant called and send me list of routers accepted by their router and I did BUT SIM NOT WORKING AND I CAN LOAD VODACOM AIRTIME JUST TO CONTACT THEM WHILE I HAVE OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. Their service sucks and i will not allow the debit order to go through my account let alone to carry on with their nonsense how can i pay for something that is not working for me. i just heard other people saying that its their tack ticks of doing business messing with people while taking their money
I keep getting messages for the 3 month now and I know nothing about this company and when i call the number from the sms its not going through. i hope this is not a **** or ***** on my name. I will assume they punch incorrect cell number as know nothing about it
I had 2 contracts with Vodacom and last year they gave me hassles to have it cancelled, I had to report them on this platform to get help after numerous phone calls. This last contract I have with them also should have been cancelled in February and today I still receive invoice and statements. the reason why I don't renew your products are to expensive and keep rising through the years and I don't want anything to do with Vodacom contract. we are taken advantage enough with prepaid data and minutes as that also doesn't last. people need to catch a wake up with Vodacom. on the other hand all Vodacom customers are a victim of ****mers as they are hacked all the time not the other networks. Aa I am writing I wasn't not getting through their phones also as I wanted to raise my query. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICE
On the 3rd September I made a transfer from my account to a cell account. after weeks realizing that Cell C is not receiving the money and had lot of debit attempts. Cell C confirmed that account number used found on list of companies you can pay online was not correct AND NOT THEIR ACCOUNT. I then went to standard as it was a standard bank account to see if money was received Standard confirm that account was not valid account I should contact my bank as money is lying somewhere as it snot returned back on my account. Nedbank brank in White River recommended I contact ***** department where I was emailed recall form. I completed the form on the 30th September same day in the evening I received email saying recall is cancelled as money was returned back to my account. REF 029483071917 According to my account statement this money never reached my account and to have an amount R1089.00 go missing in this bad economy while we are all struggling to made ends meet then you get big companies robbing us. I UNDERSTAND it was a mistake on my side but this can still be rectified by Nedbank which is the bank I trusted with my finances and I am not getting any help. I will have this reported to the bank ombudsman as I need my money back in my account AS I had to pay Cell C because of this error Thank you MS KHUMALO
My contract was coming to an end in June 2024. MAY 2024 I went to Ermelo and Riverside Mall branch and told me cancellation are done by head office over the phone. I then started calling them and I was told can only cancel in June 2024. June came started calling and I was then harassed daily by phone calls as I didn't want to renew but change number to prepaid as they want to sell me all other deals and I wasn't interested. they kept on debiting me until August when I was fed up and reversed all debit orders and after this action then they stopped my contract. but still wanted me to pay for the other months while it was their mistake or greed to cling to my contract that ended. Today I will go settle the outstanding amount of the other contract for my date which also comes to end soon not sure how it will take to cancel it. Now I am looking for a new phone but I don't want anything to do with Vodacom. as I am writing this review my boss was on a call with Vodacom also trying to cancel his contract will see how long it takes him maybe because he is white he will be treated different. 10 ,15, 25 Jul Roshica, Omphile, Aleshan, Mohamed. On the 19 Aug was given ref 5-362 50099446 prior that didn't make much notes as i assumed my request will be done in no time.
Very very poor, I bought 2 pairs of sketchers 25 April and last week Friday 27 noticed that the shoes had tear by the rubber and same thing happened to my friend. We were not wearing it daily may twice a week and boom shoes damaged and we paid R850 each. I even feel bad for my friend as we were excited to get this shoes and we were planning to buy rebook and puma but not anymore. Tomorrow I will go return the shoes as I was out of town and looking for the slips but I paid with my bank card it would show on my statements.
I first had a bad experience with Engen Siyaya in White river, then Engen Parkville White River and recent one is Engen Rocky Creek,where on Monday 4th October afternoon I went to fill up my Petrol in the afternoon. First the pump was very slowly as it took more than 15min to fill up less than 25 liter petrol. When attendant was done my guage on moved with 1 bar as I had 1 bar leaving me with 3 bars not going up. As they always say it's the sensor. I requested for a slip and wen back yesterday afternoon as all bars wasn't showing. I was told to contact dealership yet my car was gone for major service 2 weeks ago. This morning as I was driving to work that one bar came down. Now I am back to the same Petrol I had before filling up Monday afternoon. I always choose Engen cause I bank with FNB and because I use Clicks card but they are a scam. There will be a time where certain pumps just fill you with air. I am very disappointed but this problem I always experienced around white River and some owners or managers are having attitudes and will never admit. With Siyaya I put Petrol going to Ermelo before reaching Carolina I had to fill up as in all traveling I will come back with the same Petrol. And all this things you experience when you are low on cash it's very painful what they are doing to us as consumers.
