Debit with no approval of the cover nor receiving contact
Old mutual debited my acc, I never received any contract I was Enquiring online and an agent was to call and confirm but nothing now they debone me there’s no contract nothing. Please refund my account immediately and cancel whatever you put on without my consent . My cell is 0742873742 Bathobile radebe I’m sure you will get my details with my number. I need my money cancel that and send proof of cancellation. You can blacklist me from your services. I’ve lost so much money in years with old mutual always cancelling my plans after 1 failed debit I don’t want anything to do with you guys. Even my child educational cover was cancelled never got a dime and now this no thank you

Robots customer support, billing problem
I took a promise to pay plan and paid 50rand my outstanding balance was R600, I paid 300 and 253 on the 5th of November then R300 yesterday total of R853 But still shows I owe R649 for this month whereas you need to minus R253 from the R649 . They making us speak to robots who can assist us who can’t check properly I kept on being told they will escalate but still nothing. I have long requested for an acc statement on email nothing. Yesterday I spoke to Taylor who sounded like a robot who on confirmed payments received but can’t say where the extra 253 went as it didn’t go towards this months 649. Worse service they don’t PAY OUT!!!
These people are delaying with my provident fund it’s a new story every day. I resigned I’m July yet I’m still awaiting for my money as if it’s theirs. I want my money now!! I don’t know why companies choose such service providers who are not reliable. Companies must stop using this service provider as its a hassle to get pay out and everyday it’s a new story yet my money was being successfully taken every month

The App is ****
I’m having a problem with my app trying to switch user, inserted a correct username and password yet it says incorrect username when I tried alternative and went to forgot username name it allowed me to enter details and Otp then it’s says it’s unavailable I should try later now I don’t get Otp it says incorrect password like how I’m in need to access my app now I don’t have time to go to the bank

Claiming for provident fund is a hassle, someone is not doing their job
I made a provident fund withdrawal on the 6th pf December 2023 and i was told that tax clearance will take 14 days for the funds to be paid into my account. I called everyday from the 2nd of January i was told 48 hour every time i am calling, yesterday i was told they sent it for immediate payment today I'm told to wait another 48 hrs. I mean this is my money not that I’m borrowing it from them. I want my money today!!!

Thompson security Employees assaulting innocent customers at the mall
Is it your teaching that 13 of your employees can assault people just because they had liquor in their hands while at the watercrest mall? They fail to catch thieves yet they assault innocent people.. This matter is now at the court of law.. Teach your employees how to treat people because this is going far.. Thobani from watercrest mall and 12 other securities that were on shift Sunday the 3rd during the assaulted 3 boys at kept taking turns in beating them. Who was watching the mall while all of them ganged up on kids? Do proper training with your employees
