Told me to stay home for delivery between 8-5pm no communication not call from their courier for this online order that shows it's in transit not even a call to reschedule what the hell do I do next cause I won't be home tomorrow

Bongile Masondo assisted on 12 July money still not reflecting at TymeBank (informed the turn around 23 July 2024) 11 ****** days to solve something so simple (ALLOCATING A PAYMENT WITH A REF NUMBER) I Requested my funds to be transfered to my FNB ACCOUNT, transfer was done on the 2 July 2024 and proof of payment was sent to me by email Checked with FNB why its not reflecting and was informed that payment was reversed to TymeBank on the 5th July as the account I opened has not been activated as it's an account for individuals who actually get an income or salary of some sort, FNB then opened a eazy zero account applicable for 350 grant recipients (which includes myself) and I have sent proof of account to account support copied in "Naadiya Surtie again" with no luck from her as usual , Bongile then placed me on hold for 13 minutes confirming receipt of my email and returned telling me they received the email but i need to wait 11 working days for them to solve the issue IMAGINE THAT FOR YOUR OWN MONEY GTQ-25003 call reference number I PLEAD WITH QA IN THIS CALL CENTRE TO PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS CALL AND GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION How is it that alll team leaders and managers, supervisor included are in a meeting from 12 nobody on the floor that can assist, rather train these guys to come up with a better lie than that..... I'm FED UP I SPEND MORE MONEY SORTING THIS OUT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION FROM TYMEBANK AT ALL. WHAT DO I DO NOW TO GET MY MONEY They take down your details and never call back MR G. PLAAITJIES
Most *********** customer service ive seen in my entire life in the service industry, they transfered money from my Tyme Bank account +/- 3k I've sent Naadiya Surtie (Think she is head of clowns in that contact centre) 7 emails dating back from Friday 28th June stilll no response for a mere proof of payment imagine!!! Bongani today after a 17 minute call promised to send a statement as proof that payment went off from Tyme bank account, received the email with no attachment (What a joke) I asked to speak to team leader (obviously as usual no ring leader for the circus available to take my call) I hope their QA department trace the calls and take the necessary measures to address this with the agents..... This is our time and money we not just calling for fun.... Kiosks they have in place are better than these agents!!! What a waste of time I mean you can be stupid 365 days a year let us at least know when you take a day off so we can call on those days. As for Bongani I hope they send your payslip without an attachment imagine Ref ST119509
Rivonia an employee at the Hyper Land Eldorado Park extention 9 branch, completely disregarded the letter we received from the doctor at Helen Joseph's Hosspital, she refuse to take our calls, and avoids us by all means possible nobody else to help resolve this matter
My sister has server Covid symptoms and she went to Eldorado Park clinic in ext8 to which a male nurse Mr Connie (in the tent) informed her that he will not test her and waste government resources regardless of the fact that she informed him of her symptoms.... We resorted to go to Dischem to pay for a test with money we don't have and to our shock she tested positive for Covid... I would've attached the results but it's confedential information... THIS IS EXTREMELY SCARY... HOW MANY OTHER PATIENTS WAS SENT AWAY BY THE NURSE OR IS THIS ALL PART OF GOVERNMENT STRATEGY
This group of robbers don't even deserve a single star by the looks of things I'm not the only one who feels robbed by this group Their parking prices are ridiculous truly a bunch of robbers every visitor is a victim of this vicious scam I arrived at the mall 12:53 my visit was over by 13:09 making it less then 15 minutes mind you when I got to the paypoint which is at every entrance of the mall I received the shock of my life 0-2 hours they normally charge R8 I was charged R10 and not because the machine had no change, now this might seem abit low coming from me but if this happens to every car that enters the mall I believe that they making a **** load of money from us.... TCF treat customer fairly... Just a bunch of robbers who don't even care to respond to the reviews regarding their ridiculous parking issues prices 😭😭
