**** service nobody knows what they are doing there i would rather die than ever ne a member of Affinity health we're going to cancel my family's membership to get them a proper medical aid at discovery because discovery knows what they are doing they are able and willing to help Affinity health is useless and pathetic

False advertising
They advertise stuff online that is not correct then i drive all the way over 70km to only get there and find it was wrong so they waist my time my diesel and they scratch my vehicle to try and make the wrong stuff fit just so i can leave empty handed and won't offer to pay my diesel that they waisted

Pathetic and rippoff
A pitty you can't select 0 stars the one by my house in krugersdorp is absolutely pathetic they supply you with wrong parts and prices you quote your clients based on the prices they give you and when you go and get the parts it is wrong then they want to charge you alot more for the right parts i went from there to another kotwals with a different owner and he gave me the right part at a way way better price with a smile this was the second time i had a bad experience with them i will not support kotwals in krugersdorp anymore at all they are absolutely useless so go to kotwals in chamdor it is the best branch because kotwals randfontein is the same owner as krugersdorp

Game key west services is pathetic
They are pathetic it takes more than an hour to get a refund but then tjey take your money that goes quick we bought a fridge it was promised to be delivered in 1 day when we didn't get it we phoned and was told another 5 work days now we can't get a refund and tje manager is hiding
