The doughnuts included in our delivery were clearly old and stale. The texture and taste indicated that the food was not fresh and should not have been sent to customers. This is unacceptable, especially for baked goods and for a delivery service that promotes freshness, quality, and convenience. We trust Checkers as a leading retailer, which makes this experience extremely disappointing. Receiving old food raises serious concerns about quality control and food standards at Checkers Hyper Parow Centre. I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that a refund or appropriate compensation be provided. I also expect steps to be taken to ensure customers do not receive expired or sub‑standard food in future. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution. I feel sick till in my stomach I just opened a custard and Jelly cup. Took one bite. I vomited because the custard and jelly tasted off . This is not the first time this happened. The other time we overlooked it and said it could be an honest mistake. A person can get sick of this I asked my wife to take it back tomorrow and ask for a refund. Luckily she still has the till slip.
I'm very happy with the level of service I have received The company called Dirtless Cleaning services did a great job. Their staff was friendly and flexible. They were on time and they did the job within the time frame given by them
Hi I would like to thank Lekker Slaap for assisting as to get accomodation in Mosselbaai Hartenbos. My wife does not use any other app other than Lekker Slaap to book a place to stay. We have recently stayed in Hart's Geluk in Hartenbos. Wow what a beautiful self catering place. It's close to everything, shops, malls , th beach ⛱️ and close to funn parks. The house it's self made us feel like we never left home. It has everything and more . The kids could play without us having to worry about their safety or whether they could brake something. . The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed every bedroom had its own bathroom. The braai area was well placed and had braai equipment. I cannot fault this place in anyway. Today my wife went to the Vodacom shop in N1 City Mall. My wife has a hard billing issues which was suppose to been sorted out two months ago. The most upsetting was how unhelpful the consultant Tyrone van Blerk was, not even attempting to log in and assist my wife All he is saying Is he cant call outside line ( their head office or account department) I was about to leave the shop when another lady ( forgot her name ) she then offered to assist me cause she could see that Tyron is not interested in helping me. She call the account department and the same thing that has been. Happening to me ( calls thats being cut ) happened to her. She could see why we were so frustrated. Tyron should not work with people because he has no customer service and does not know how to do problem solving. As a loyal customer of Vodacom I feel let down by Tyrone and their accounts department. The reason why went in to the store is because I've tried many times do resolve this issue through call center , every time they Say it's sorted and when end of the month comes I get nasty surprises when I check my statements. When I call them they say accounts Will call me back and sort it out I hope this time it's sorted out. ( Will check the next statement Vodacom please please please send Tyron on more training or let him work as backroom staff. Not front office staff because he will cause you a lot more harm then good
I took my wife and her sisters out to the waterfront today 24December 2023 We booked boat cruise yesterday 23 December 2023 We booked on the website of wild horizons waterfront boat cruises On the website they advertise breakfast inclusive until 16h00. Even at the venue your advised you can eat at anytime...only to find out afterwards, hey you can only eat your breakfast before 12! In the advert and at the office you are advice it is for the whole day....and when the trip is done your told welp sorry your food is cancelled... The sarcasm and the wisecrack comments we also received from the marketing manager was disappointing. I would not recommend this deal to anyone as it is advertised.
Wow I have never seen such good customer service. Especially from call centre agents. You guys have done MiWay proud with the level of service you rendered to me. Within two days everything done and dusted.. you called back when you said you will call. I would like to thank MiWay for employing such great 😃 people . I came to deposit money. At standard bank N1 city. The line at the ATM was long And no lines at tellers . Still the lady behind the teller refuse to assist me cause according to her they only do deposits over 10k inside . Wow... I had to leave the tellers ( Wich was empty , no customers) and had to go and stand in line at the ATM to.deposit the money. What a waste of time it was. It was time I did not have. But the customer service lady at the front desk was so helpful and wonderful. She should teach the lady at the teller some.customer service. that's how you loose customers. It's the small things that make a big difference in life.
I just had to write a review on a lady with the name of Vasti She work for ABSA N1 City. She is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. She calls and keep you updated with your request. Even after I've forgotten about it she called and give me advice and the way forward. Thank you so much for all you've don't Vasti . Generally ABSA N1 city has got good people working there .. Vasti .. keep on keeping on .
