Pathetic Service from Clive Chowles at Brooks Running SA
Terrible service from Clive Chowles at Brooks running SA. Adrenaline shoes that were bought on black Friday don't fit true to size so asked for an exchange. Suddenly none of the shoes available on Black Friday were black Friday specials according to him. Also they want me to pay delivery and collection fees plus an additional 10%. Pathetic service. Will never buy again from this online store.

No feedback on refund status
Been emailing webuycars for over a week regarding the status of my refund. I receive no feedback. When interest is shown in a car there's plenty of feedback though.

Pathetic Service
Pack of 4 lights purchased. After 2 months one is defective. I'm now required to uninstall all the lights and send in to get a replacement. Pathetic service

Game Simple Choice Roof & Pave Paint
Bought the Simple Choice roof and pave paint from Game. The paint is unusable. The color is not black but gray anthe paint is so watery it doesn't stick to surfaces. Worst paint I've ever used.

Credit Card Interest Charged Incorrectly
I've been charged interest on my credit card twice, once in November last year and again in February of 2024, even after paying of the amount reflected on the banking app in full. My private banker came back saying that the credit card division said that the card wasn't paid in full but I know that I did pay the full amount reflected on the app. Feedback also take ages when I send out emails.

FNB Home Loan Flexi Option Removed without warning
Fnb Home Loans have removed my flexi option on my home loan account without any warning or reason or any communication. I now do not have access to the funds that I have been putting in to my home loan account. Pathetic service from FNB.
