App**** for a bed, did all the paperwork and never received any feedback. Made a few attempts to make contact, but nothing.
They do not sort out your problem. They keep on deducting fees after you have cancelled your subscription
My husband app**** for some financial assistance from the above mentioned company. They said it takes 48 hours for a response. It is 6 days later and he has heard nothing from them. You can send them emails, but no one even responds. They made contact with him first and then he did everything they said and then NOTHING. What kind of financial service does that
My husband was called from one of clientele agents about a funeral policy. My husband thought they were talking about a loan and the agent did not explain the situation properly. After the call was over and clientele took the money off his bank account, we realised what was going on and because we have funeral cover, we emailed clientele on the same day as the telephonic conversation and cancelled the policy. We heard nothing. My husband called and spoke to another person and they said that they cancelled the policy, while my husband was on the phone with him and that they will reimburse the money . Well to date nothing has happened. It makes me sick, when companies are quick to take your money but slow to refund it, if that is ever going to happen.
I had a rain LTE a long time ago. I cancelled my subscription about 3 years ago. Then in June 2023 I get a letter and call from a lawyer stating that I still owed them money+ I must pay the lawyers fees. I paid the amount due to Rain aswell as the lawyer fees, thinking now all was over. Today 02/08/23. I received an account of another amount and with a message that I can't use their service if I don't pay my account on a monthly basis. I do not have an account with them anymore, I haven't heard from them for over 3 years. I Will not pay the amount that they are asking for , they must close my account as I requested 3 or more years ago. You can't call them, nobody answers the phone. You email them and you get a message back " that this email is unattended"
We have bought a few items from Teljoy. We are have a problem with a microwave (reported) and have not heard anything about it.We also have asked for 2 laptop's to be collected as they haven't worked properly since we got them. Why must we pay for something that cannot be used at all. We still up to date have not heard from anyone from Teljoy. We were happy with Teljoy until you don't get a service once you have a problem. The account is in my husband's name.
My husband took a personal loan from Capitec in June/July 2018. He was paying his account every month and it was going well. Unfortunately in December 2022, he had a work related accident and was unable to work and we reported it to Capitec., For 2 years my husband was receiving only 75% of his salary, until it was eventually decided to medically board him. We sent the paperwork To Capitec and have never heard from them ( not the first time of reporting or the second time). My question is, # why do you pay insurance on your loan # why if the insurance is there to pay your debt if you are unable to, the bank still black lists you (they got there money from the insurance) #. They sell your Debt to a 3 party We have never heard from Capitec or the 3 rd party, but my husband is blacklisted .???.
I applied for LTE Internet and got it Due to financial problems I could not pay. They switched me off in February 2022.. I have not used them since then but every month I receive a account, they are charging. me the same amount as if I was using them. My account is now standing over the R6000 amount. I want to make arrangements to pay my account off, but I am not willing to pay for services not used. I will pay off only for the 2 months that I used it.
Capital Legacy told me that I applied for a will in 2017, but my policy lasped with them a long time ago and yet they are trying to take money off my husband's bank account. The gentleman that called me from Capital Legacy said he would investigate, but no one has come back to me as yet.
We noticed today that they have taken money off my husband's bank account or trying too. We do not remember taking out anything from them. We haven't even received any documentation from this company. They must stop payment immediately. Thanks
