I have been dissatisfied by the Fridge I bought at OK furniture Kabokweni Plaza. The fridge has been said to be new on delivery hence it has been repaired by the store due to it not being cold and food spoiling. After the Technician has attended the complain I'm still sitting with the same problem. I'm not happy, it's either I get a new fridge or a refund. The fridge is barely a year old.

Unhappy and Disappointed with my recent experience using the capitec bank App. I made a payment from my app to my son's Account using Payshap on the 3rd of September, to this day, the payment has not come through. I called the call centre to report and still they are investigating.
I'm not happy with the service I received at Totalsports PROMINADE Nelspruit, I bought 2sets of Sports bras which were different sizes as I was in a hurry to fit. I asked at the till if I could return them if they didn't fit. I was told I could. I went back to return and was told that I couldn't. I'm not happy because if I was told that they were not returnable I was not going to buy them. I'm now stuck with items I don't yet I didn't even try on

I have put up a claim with TFG for a lost phone and received sms stating that there's a form missing, which I sent but continued receiving the same sms. End of September I got an sms status that my claim was diclined but on my statement they are still debiting a premium. I'm shocked because my device is lost and which device is covered. I'm unhappy. I don't even understand why was my claim declined
