VODACOM DELETED MY PREPAID NUMBER. Vodacom just deleted my prepaid number without notifying me. I phoned customer care and they insisted it was contract number. My number was converted from contract to prepaid long time ago and I still have messages from vodacom confirming that was converted into a prepaid.2 replies

SCAMMED BY ECONOMY CAR RENTAL Beware of ecnomy car rental. I paid R759.00 while booking online and when i arrived at the office to pay remaining R2000, i was told i need tonpay R14000. Ii was told i must cancel booking online. Went online and was unable to cancel booking. I tried to call but their number is ian international number. VODACOM PUT THROUGH HELL FOR MY PREPAID NUMBER
Prepaid number. Vodacom suspended my prepaid number since February 2022. I lodged a complained n was told they are doing some forensic investigations. It has been 7 months since my account was suspended. I have money that send to me through that number n couldn't access it. They can't even allow me to port to another service provider. I escalated my problem to ICASA n still they can't help. So frustrated2 replies

Vodacom suspended a prepaid number
Vodacom at it again. They have no regard for human rights. They just suspended my prepaid number without a reason. I went to Vodacom shop several times and couldn't help me.
