VODACOM SERVICE PROVIDER FROM HELL
VODACOM DELETED MY PREPAID NUMBER. Vodacom just deleted my prepaid number without notifying me. I phoned customer care and they insisted it was contract number. My number was converted from contract to prepaid long time ago and I still have messages from vodacom confirming that was converted into a prepaid.

SCAMMED BY ECONOMY CAR RENTAL Beware of ecnomy car rental. I paid R759.00 while booking online and when i arrived at the office to pay remaining R2000, i was told i need tonpay R14000. Ii was told i must cancel booking online. Went online and was unable to cancel booking. I tried to call but their number is ian international number. Thats how was scammed R759 by economy car rental 😭

VODACOM PUT THROUGH HELL FOR MY PREPAID NUMBER
Prepaid number. Vodacom suspended my prepaid number since February 2022. I lodged a complained n was told they are doing some forensic investigations. It has been 7 months since my account was suspended. I have money that send to me through that number n couldn't access it. They can't even allow me to port to another service provider. I escalated my problem to ICASA n still they can't help. So frustrated

VODACOM CONTRACT FROM HELL MY 24 months CONTRACT came to an end but Vodacom cancellation department sending me from pillar to post especially Randy. They offered me an upgrade n I declined the offer n they refuse to cancel my contract. I took a contract with Vodacom from june2019 n now is 2022

Vodacom suspended a prepaid number
Vodacom at it again. They have no regard for human rights. They just suspended my prepaid number without a reason. I went to Vodacom shop several times and couldn't help me. I phoned their useless customer care and they also couldn't help. I registered a complain with Icasa n awaiting outcomes.
