So I placed an order online for 3 items last Friday , Wednesday it arrived when I opened my parcel there was 1 item missing, I contacted customer care via email and explained the situation. So today is Friday and I have not received any correspondence from you with regards to my missing order this is really not good customer service can I know what is happening cause as I stated I needed that item for Saturday that's why I ordered it before hand and like I said I really don't know how use send parcels without checking properly. I need someone to call and give me feedback urgently.
Hello I've been having network issues with my 5G for 3 weeks and every time I call or msg I'm told the team is working on it resoli it but ****ing seriously 3 weeks I don't think your team knows what they doing they *********** or you lying to customers cause I seriously don't think there was a technician on site since the issue 3 weeks ago, and not to add I'm st having to buy additional data to work as I'm working from home hence the most expensive package taken but if this is service we getting I'm thinking of look for other alternatives cause seems you don't respect customers or value them. Hi so I've had to change my 5G router due to device not working, service regarding new device delivery was pathetic I ended up having to collect my device and also not the correct 1 but out of desperation as I use it at my place of work I accepted it bt now 1 month later I'm having problems with the new indoor as its not picking up network, so I'm once again requesting to have a replacement outdoor device urgently.
So I've got the 5G umlimited outdoor wifi and I've been having problems since last week either no network or network slow and as this is my bussi WiFi it's effecting my business by not working properly, I called on Saturday as it became worse, to ask for a technician to be send out or for my router to be exchanged as that one may be faulty, I was td by operator she will try to sort it out but till today nothing has been done, really this is pathetic service,
Morning So heres my problem with CellC such a professional yet useless company. Soni paid my account on the 21 Decemer exactly a month ago by the accounts dept have not yet picked up payment,and this after I've mailing proof of payment to them since the 6th,7th,8th,9th and 16th of Jan they still cannot find payment or allocate it accordingly,such incompetence seriously is outrageous to say the least,im so ****ed offense at the service,I've wwvn been call 135 almost every day for them to sort out the problem but no one can give you a straight answer,i think the management is pathetic.
So toda is the 19th and I'm still having the same problem with dstv and my account being suspended, as per my last review this since the 27th February I paid, their acc department couldn't find payment, I've been sending proof of payment to them ever since okay, so they reconnect when you chat to them but then there charge you for suspending and then reconnecting everytime they put off now acc should be up to date, this is getting frustrating for such a professional company I'm saying it again get your **** right please.
