Virgin active in Greenacres Port Elizabeth I signed up with them, I later realised that the date was inconveniencing me, I went back and asked to change the account details and the bank. Which went smooth. Only for them not to bother changing the account details and I was charged R160 for a returned debit order. I went back, I wasn’t even mad, I asked them not to forget, I’m telling you that lady did not bother changing the date, there is money on the other account that I asked them to deduct from in January already I’m charged again another R160 Which department must I escalate this to?? I am fed up cz u strongly believe if I was someone else, none of this was going to happen and they must tell us if they’re serving or render great service to their friends only and the people they don’t know shall just go sign up somewhere I just need the department where I can escalate this to
Crocks of them all Cancelled my policy a month ago Someone just used my details and did a new policy for me and they attempted to deduct from my acc reason I cancelled I was not told that what I need them for won’t be covered hence now they doing me like this

I have been escalating this issue Their driver ate my food
Their driver by the name floribert ate my food with his family they surely went to bed FULL that day he then claimed they’ve delivered the food though he wasn’t there
I joined while the company was still under a different company They had issues with my debit order date I sometimes would go to the gym only to find out they did not deduct and the embarrassment of having to turn back I kept paying R350 instead of R300 I ended up complaining They gave me a form and asked me to wait until they done moving everything I did fill in the form Still they did not get back to me I stopped going to the gym Kept sending emails for weeks No one bothered to reply I asked to cancel my membership they rep**** with WE HAVE RECEIVED UOUR DEBIT ORDER DATE CHANGE and you owed R600 Haibo that time I stopped going to the gym cz I hate having to turn back there and I look for a trusted gym company Only now they telling me I have to pay an early termination fee that was not discussed with me upon signing contracts let alone the extra R50 I was paying when they deducted late or early Told them I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! I want out
Ohhh my dear they will harass you and ask you to pay an account you paid already and sent proof of payment Everyday you’ll wake up with tons and tons of emails from them. I don’t want my Dr to send me there EVER AGAIN!!!!
Driver left with my food whilst I asked him not to deliver as the order took time I then drove to the store asked him not to leave with my food I’ll collect there, he took my food and then left with it Came to my house put the food on the subway took a phone and then took the food back to his bike and left now I am billed for food I did not each
I’m seeing a Dr here I’m not told that my medical aid is blocked Which I don’t understand as I am paying And they keep taking me back and forth only 1 person managed to assist me ref: 11481412966
I ordered food The driver left the food OUTSIDE and according to the cameras at my house He left with the food and uber eats expects me to pay for the mean I DID NOT EAT NOR RECEIVE That guy left with the order
