Be very careful when dealing with Old Mutual nonmotor insurance. They assessor takes shortcuts and send a report based on his opinion without thoroughly looking at the facts and the customer is left out of pocket. The assessor did not climb the roof at my place but declined a claim for my cupboards stating it was gradual degradation. But I have invoices from suppliers who state it was because of the heavy rain and wind that shifted the tiles and tore the membrane. They are excellent in collecting premiums but pathetic in customer service.
I would just like to alert customers when choosing this brand that from the CEO to every single clown that works here have no common sense. This is a long story but read it to see how stupid and *********** people here. I took my FLIP4 to PMB Repair Centre on25/03/24, for a damaged screen and the phone was locked in a position. Since the liquid leaked out, the Consultant Wandile already pre planned the response. "Sorry sir we do not cover liquid damage" and then came out with a bogus story about a screen protector being removed and it was bull**** excuse. So i left the phone as it is 1 year old and under warranty. On Tuesday 16/04/2024, i received a call from Wandile(*********** numbnut) who then contacted me to request my passwords, before i could carry on he went on about how he would need to do a factory reset if the password is incorrect. I then requested that no reset should be done, i emailed the other dumbnut MPHO on email the passwords and also made it clear that no reset should be done. I received a call yesterday to advise that my phone is ready for collection and a factory reset was performed as the passwords was wrong. Who the **** are the technician and you bunch of ****holes employed there to go and delete my LIFE HISTORY??As for the CEO, you must be running a bakery cos you employ all CAKES who are illeterate and can not comprehend. Is the phone being repaired more important than my ****ing life history?? Is an Apology from that uselsess **** going to bring back all my History built over the years??
I have logged numerous complaints on various platforms about my 1 year old Samsung Flip 4 that has a screen issue already. I have been ignored to date.
I ordered aa desk and chairs for work and the chairs were delivered but the Desk is still outstanding. Its been over a week and the response from the consultant is that they tried calling you, I clearly advised people not to deliver on a Friday after 1.00pm as there is no one to receive the goods. Last week Thursday I called DSV to request them to not schedule a delivery to me from rewardsco, the lady agreed and said she will cancel on the system. Yesterday the guy arrived with the package for me from DSV 1) Do you employ competent people who understand english? 2) I cannot renew my contract as the package is still with DSV 3) So its now 2 days and the package was not dropped off at MTN Its shocking how yourll operate
I did 2 upgrades simultaneously using this company and it is an absolute nightmare....absolutely usesless. Firstly I noticed a debit order set up with double the amount and the Sales Agent promised me other wise, this is when i knew it was dodgy...I called them immediately and requested cancellation. I then went into MTN to take up a contract and I was advised they cant upgrade me unless these orders are cancelled on the system....I have made numerous calls to this company but seems to be a bunch of retards working there. 1)I did not take delivery of any phone 2) I cancelled this order with your Sales agent and DSV last week. 3) You guys still sent the delivery company out Please cancel this dodgy deal yourll initiated and let me get my contract from MTN
I received 100 sms and a call from an agent today regarding payment of Lancet account, do you guys employ retard people. That account is between my medical aid and Lancet. If Lancet had an issue they should call me directly and make arrangements for me to engage with my Medical Aid. You guys are trying to bully clients so please stop contacting me regarding this issue...period.
Please be careful when purchasing Samsung products that offers the buy& get vouchers. The make you download all the documents on whatsapp then ignore you when its time to send the PIN, I have sent numerous emails and Nobody at Samsung can respond. It is also misleading as I based my purchase on these vouchers and I spent over R40K
So my alarm went off numerous times and ADT never bothered to contact me. Today I can and was told the last signal they received was April last year. The reason for this is incompetent technicians was sent out to fit a beam. I have paid installments, installation and annual license fee not know that my family was at risk
I paid R6000 towards a laybye at Liberty Mall. First of all the store was clueless how to initiate the laybye, after 2 months I went in today to collect the documents and settle the balance. I was told no stock was available, and I must take a refund. What bull**** is this?? I Could have been earning interest on this money , but due to your incompetent staff I now have look for another TV from another store. It is ridiculous how your team operate and Stuart is a real useless. Please do not call me because yourll are useless period. I will go deal with other outlets.
