Eshowe Eskom is abusing people
Eskom from Eshowe branch has not responded to our fault report untill today,I reported the faults on 8th of February 2025 all we get "they are aware of the matter and we have thrown away our food from the fridge ,this company is abusing low class people and if it's loadshedding, people in rural areas suffer alot for the rich people cause they don't have pools ,airconditions, geysers etc and yet their loadshedding takes more hrs 3 times a day,and no one cares if their fridges get faulty and their food rot.we need Minister to look at this oppression, people are suffering for being poor and having no voice, Eskom is abusing people in rural areas, yet they pay for services

Re Rocketnet contract
I took fibre with Rocketnet the contract was month to month besides their expensive installation which cost me close to R2000 ,I did not pay for one month as a result tthey suspended the services, when I pay the following month they said I owe 2 months,my question was how do I owe 2 months when my services were suspended?then I decided not to pay at all ,later they called telling me they are coming to pick their router up the courier guy came and picked it up and got the msg that they received it today I was called by some lawyers saying I have been handed over but they missed me and they sent an email saying Rocketnet has handed me over, how is that possible?

Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance

Violation of consumer's rights
I took an insurance with King Price,it was lost few years later through *******,the phone was replaced by other service provider, the phone gave me problems,I kept reporting, they took it for repairs 3times coming back the same, they used to upgrade software,it would work for few days and went back to it's old tricks untill I asked them to replace it ,bear in mind I am still paying for insurance, one consultant agreed to my request but nothing happened then I decided to report the matter with ombudsman, ombudsman took their side ,cos they said there was no physical damage on the phone ,so I have been craze for complaining about the phone, and staying without a phone for weeks when it went in for repairs,I lost premiums and phone and ombudsman is ok with that,no compensation ,my findings is that ombudsman does not fight for us consumers, but siding with retailers and I will support my statement why I am saying that
