I bought a Pineware heater on 26.05.2025, the heater was not working by July. I took it back on 03.10.2025 luckily the store manager was so kind as to replace it for me at no extra charge but my concern is this, I couldn't get a refund which I would've preferred seeing that if the heater only lasts for three months what if the replacement also only lasts for three months? And I was told that I cannot bring the replacement back for another replacement and that refund is totally not gonna happen. I'm really disappointed because if I was refunded I could go and purchase a heater that will at least last me a couple of years not a heater that could potentially only last me a couple of months based on my experience
Defy is a brand that I grew up with and came to trust and rely on the brand since I was but a child as a result, in my home today as an adult, most of my appliances are from Defy, my stove, my dishwasher, my kettle and even my iron but the best was the aftercare on my stove top, it had started to overheat and I sent a WhatsApp to your support team, a technician was on site the next day and my stove top was repaired within minutes, free of charge seeing that it was still under warranty. Thank you Defy for quality products and even better aftercare.
I would like to bring to your attention if you are not aware that the Eldorado Park Taxi Association has been forcing patrons at the mall to only use they're associated vehicles from the mall. This infringes on our rights to use our preferred mode of transportation. Many patrons are now deciding to frequent different surrounding malls because of this. Please urgently look into this matter as us, your loyal patrons are being inconvenienced because of this.
I would like to thank your staff at Southgate mall. They were so helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assist me with a last minute request for a certificate for my renewal of my driver's license, I had completely forgot about my appointment and that I had to get a certificate from the optometrist for my renewal, I had requested that it be ready for pickup as soon as the branch opened and low and behold, it was ready when the branch opened and I was able to complete my license renewal an hour earlier then my appointment because there were no delays from the branch side. Thank you so much to the gentleman who took my call and made sure it was ready and the lady that that ensured I got it when I went to go and collect. Sterling service. Vodacom decided to change my debit order date to a day before my actual pay date and now I have a returned debit order plus fees and bad credit record against my impeccable credit record. The agent Amahle wants to convince me I changed my debit order date as if I'm crazy and don't know when I get paid, they've been tracing payment and because salary payments were early the last couple of months because of weekends they just went ahead and changed the date eventhough the date on my contract is for a set date. Who's supposed those fees and what about my credit record 😡

Worse possible service ever, my son was admitted as a trauma patient on 16/01/2022, Dr Banda made me come to the hospital for absolutely nothing during the week, as I had explained to her that a piece of glass was left behind in one of his wounds. I was again referred to Dr Cubasch, made an appointment to have said piece of glass removed, authorisation obtained and instruction from his rooms were that my son is not to eat anything from 10pm 24/01/2022, he was admitted for said procedure on 25/01/2022, as we speak, the time now is 5:40pm and my child has still not been in teater and hasn't had anything to eat. Pathetic service, I hope I never have to come to this hospital ever again
