This company is full of ****s and greedy bullies. A lady by the name of Gina in a black bmw........ They initially called us last year 2024 April 3rd she checked the house and *****ulently took owners contact and called inn to request on renting out our property we asked how they got our contact and they made stories and we gave them the shot only to find them wanting us to drop the rental to their choice we ended up fighting and telling them to stop everything and Gina ended up swearing at us home owners. Now 2025 ***lene she calls and requesting to post the house only to find out they have already posted using old pictures and now ****med the client to pay with out viewing who's coming with a prorata rental payment and they don't want to take the prorated rental as they stipulated that they take a months rental but wants the client to short pay us coming month. Gina as her manager came with an attitude and rudeness commanding us home owners and when I ask who authorized you to be our agent there was no answer because we did not appoint them and they used old pictures to lure the client and ****med the client R4500 extra and dont want to pay them back even though the client has canceled the contract with them
Manager had called me to acknowledging my past complain, and asked me to come by to rectify what had transpired. When I got there she took the slip had a chat with one off the ladies then came back and said she didn't read the slip correctly but will talk to her staff about being attentive. Drove with my fuel 6km to the restaurant only to be told and given lousy excuse yet was initially being bribed by being given two correct burgers I had ordered as a compensation for the error occurred. High dissatisfaction and disappointment from manager how she used my time and fuel to show her *********** customer service.
Bad service and unapologetic behavior from Casandra. Started the watsap order line at 8h30 she responded 8h54 and then never gave answers as a person on a chat took forever to answer not giving straight answer regarding my order on a chat that took 1hr to complete order
Went to Dog box liquor in boksburg north. The owner was rude because I discovered he sold Miller drinks that expired in January 2024. Wen I approached him he was rude said i lack knowledge and don't know what does best before mean!!!!!!! I'm just stupid.
Epic deals as a company I'm happy with it no stress merchandise I bought came in recorded time. Dissatisfaction came when I returned the laptop cos off a defective battery while on add it said it has 93%life.....the return for changing battery started smoothly until Janine one off their employee was rude. I signed the return form on the 17th Jan 2024 past 14h00 and chose that they can collect the laptop on the 18th Jan 2024.... Laptop was not collectedon the 18th then i send a text saying I hate lies .Janine he or she her first responds asks "who said it would be collected on the 18th" I responded and she tells me that the collection form was done on the 18th I then send proof off when I did it .......she still has the odersity to tell me on their side was done on the 18th.........she talks as if I work at their company with a cheeky attitude....I signed for it to be collected the 18th.....no apology from her that someone on their side ddnt do the job but talks like I work with her and I know I'm used to their ways.....first time client happy with the company deals but customer service off Jenine was bad.

Bought a vehicle broke down the following day after collecting. They took it inn the sales person always gives incorrect delivery times from the collection time even now after the breakdown. and vehicle is bought for business so I'm loosing on my business while they not. Attention to detail ain't there seriously. first time buying from them and highly disappointed
Okay was taking out a business insurance policy so the consultant was good in providing information and reasoning aswell as advicing
These guys are a **** they require you to call inn with a case number and when I give the case number they say they only want ****** or hijacked yet my is being driven with out my concern for 4days.....2days off which I have been struggling with car track in getting them retrieve my car. South Africa your cars are not safe. I'm in Gauteng is now tracking all the way in Tzaneen they failing me
Morning I'm really annoyed by Ackerman's work ethics. When they want you and want you to spend or you owe them they have plenty ways to make you pay. But once you want to close the account you find you only have to go into the store and call inn. I went to store they called inn for me, gave my ID document at the store but the lady on the phone still want same information and I read it out to her and requires a whole lot more. Then says I've failed to authenticate me so I can not be assisted to close the account. This is really frustrating and disappointing that they have no other ways off assisting us quick and easy like it is when opening the account. They put unknowledgeable consultants.
