Below is the complaint I logged on McDonald's website this morning after I googled the disgusting and unfair way my family and I were treated by McDonald's Kenilworth by Carmen James,the reginal manager (: contact number 0738390800) left I am utterly disgusted by the way the reginal manager Carmen James handled our supper situation on Friday evening. Leaving the collection station before even eating all our beverages fell from our tray and spilled and laying all on the floor where I nearly fel into it with my baby I went calmly to the guy whom served us and advised him of what had happened where he told me we would get our beverages , he then disappeared completely and just gave this situation over to Sisonke whom then came to us telling us that we will not get it back because Carmen whom wasn't even there said so. I then showed Sisoke where it all lay like a river covering the restaurant floor. And she was shook shouting at whomever to come and clean it up....( Who never came while my family sat staring at our beverages laying on the floor besides us)whom wasn't even present when this mockery took place on Friday evening as my family and my supper was spoilt after paying for it. I myself work in retail and am a manager myself and the way this situation was delt with is utterly disgusting as we never even had our meal we paid for. Carmen James' job needs to be revaluated as this is coming from a person dealing with more than one restaurant and has no idea how to. And due to this mishandling of this situation I cannot leave this as is, responsibility needs to be taken.Any person can Google the what the respectable manner in which this should be delt with,which Carmen clearly cannot do. Money is not for free and it was something we had paid for our supper was spoilt and she doesn't even know what happened. I want this dealt with immediately!
I am extremely disgusted by you guys is this how you treat your loyal customers? I reached out yesterday and still awaiting any feedback. If I could give no starts I would. Firstly I closed this month to month sim only deal to be taken to court for them not being able to run their company... I am unemployed and tried to close this account countless times and when my last debit order went off I thought I was done with them.....even after them sim was thrown away they still wanted me to pay not only the amount but additional amounts as later found out was a subscription to the wifi account which I have never heard of but neither the less I can't pay for something I ddnt use. Went in to another brach in wynberg as I wanted this sorted...he put me on a phone and same thing no answer but was told it's done....spoke to a regional manager Elvis who doesn't know his face from his hand as he told me I would need to pay a fine as my contract hasn't come to an end another different thing.....it's a month to month contract....and now of late they been debiting my freaking account coming back unpaid and I am having to pay unpaid charges on my account because of these fools.... Went to my back FNB AND NOT EVEN THEY CAN HELP AS ITS A THIRD PARTY.....BUT I AM PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! ARE THEY ALLOWED TO ***** LIKE THIS? BLACK LIST ME FOR 1630.06 WHEN MY MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT WAS ONLY 699 WHICH I PAID IN FULL IN JUNE 2023 AS WE WENT TO A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.....THE STAFF. MEMBERS AT FNB KNOW OF THIS ******* BUSINESS WITH TELKOM AS THEY ,THEMSELVES HAVE BEEN THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR. THIS SICKENS ME THAT THIS CAN BE DONE TO CONSUMERS..... And no1 working for them can answer but can take your money
I am besides myself with the disgusting service I have received with the wynberg branch from the management and Oswin and Ashley ..... Threating msgs to come and collect my things just showing up at my door to collect things after they failed to debit my account which I will not be doing anymore as they are disgusting.....men coming to my door wanting to come into my home who I don't know. As a woman alone in our country this is unprofessional. Nowhere in the contract does it state that this collection that they are doing is allowed so why the heck are they doing it? It's *******....and this is after I have made payment....this is the second time this month they doing this.....I am fed up and this cannot go on.....you people better sort your staff out and teach them manners and the law cz we don't live in a western movie
Since 2009 my aunt has had insurance with absa....and instead of making her already busy life a little simpler for a giving and loving granny and mother they have done nothing but complicate and frustrated her. Her insurance is on the home she purchase as her first time home....and being aware that we cannot foresee the future she puts her faith and hard earned money into absa insurance.....when the time came to claim there were endless issues with the same outcome numerous times" bad maintenance" how can this be her bond is with absa and her insurance the first guy didn't even pitch to complete the assesment but it bad maintenance? Her walls are cracking and leaking and causing havoc.....why can't they fix the issue????this is nothing but frustrating especially if you are paying for a service on time but when the company needs to do their part nothing but excuses are received....this is utterly disgusting.....I want this resolved now!!!
Dr Paul Rowe/Dr Jeannie McCaul- Orthopaedic Surgeon..If I could give no stars it would be better...my son of 13 broke his arm on the 15th of Aug 24....they couldn't put him under properly the 1 st time and put his arm skew in a cast....then we had to wait on the orth specialist who x-rayed his arm again and found it skew....a second time my child's arm was pulled and again wasn't put under properly....and his arm out in a cast .....not long after that grassy park takes his cast of to reveal a completely skew arm that can't even hold a bread without buckling.... I was told to keep it straight and buy a brace which I did... Let's not forget that my son has to be on pain meds daily to keep the pain at bay.... On the 4th of oct24 I went to a private Dr telling them how terrible the pain is and asked if his arm should look the way it did and they told me how deformed his arm is and that he will need to have an operation to straighten the arm, they will also be in contact with the hospital and ask when we could have a consultation regarding his arm it is the 15th of oct 24 and called the Dr twice asking if any feedback was given and nothing yet....this is extremely frustrating my son is about to write exams his final exams of primary school and will be in high school next year and no feedback has been given. Also I was advised that if I do go to the hospital they will turn me away as it is not an emergency....!!!!!!what they messed up his arm and this child can't even hold a bread.....this is troubling and without being able to get any information I am force to come and tell everyone how our government hospitals fail yet again. Please can you get hold of me to sort my son out this can't go on....I am begging you to do something to mend with you messed up
On the 3rd November my account was cleared out by fraudulent activities from the famous GOOGLE. Now if this isnt bad enough as an unemployed SA during this freaking pandemic I call the fraud line and get some agent being condescending on the other side. Fely like i was veing mocked cz my money was stolen.***!!!!! Had to stop my card and then the app and internet banking was of no freaking help as i couldnt reverse or report the freaking fraudulent international transfers (20 of them) I had to go into the bank and PAY for another card due to having to stop my card which wasnt my fault in the 1st place to start with my ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND EMPTIED!!!! NOT only the card i woukd need to pay for but also the charges that are in my account that were made by this hacker is now my problen too....Like huh???So only the money that was taking i get back???THIS WASNT MY FAULT IF I WASNT HACKED I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW CARD NOR THE FREAKING INTERNATIONAL CHARGES!!!!!And why is it only Capitec clients who have been hacked?No other bank....And when the 1st client informed Capitec of the fraudulent activities why did they not investigate this and block all activities regarding the reference.....I mean Capitec wants you to pay to keep ur money and then they allow ppl to steal it and then on top of all that jazz u have to pay again.....How the hell does thay even make sense???? Then at Ottery branch Capitec the girl tells me she isnt sure if this will be paid back and that Capitec is corresponding with Google and they will investigate this as this is been logged by her.So more charges i have to pay for.Because of Google not having proper security in place and this has been a global scam since 2017 so u telling me that neither GOOGLE NOR CAPITEC'S security couldve blocked this sooner??? Common now this is not fair and i want all my money paid back along with the charges for the fees and having to get a new card.
I wouldnt even give them stars would deduct and put them in a minus....so on the 3rd of November 2021 my banking account was cleared out by some hacker leaving me with nothing but a reference GOOGLE G.co/helppay#(card2774) and GOOGLE*GARENA g.co/helppay#CAUS plus charges for the international transfers as well as having to stop my card and pay for another one at Capitec bank.I do not know why i am liable for all the charges after my bank account was just freaking emptied. On top of all this i had to go in to the bank as i couldnt reverse any of these payment and it now need to be investigated. According to google search(ironic) this has been an ongoing global scam since 2017 with basically the same reference..now my question is why hasnt this this been stopped or blocked????Why is it that they havent let everybody with a google account who has listed their banking details know that its not safe and that this part of ur account should be cleared????Instead let them be vulnerable as this is something thats ongoing????I am so freaking angry...Then Capitec says o no yhey cant give me a time frame when my money will be paid back as there is a backlog with thousands of Capitec clients that this has happened to.. ***??? I cant believe this its ridiculous...So my account gets cleared and i have to pay for all of this rubbish is Google as a whole would've been more responsible and have had better security this wouldve all be avoided. Guess its not their money so they dont give a F. Even when and if I get my money back what about the interest and transfer fees i would have to pay because of their neglect????This cant go on and MUST BE STOPPED!!!!
