Still no feedback from We Buy Cars regarding my complaint.
Very poor service. I bought a car in 2024 from Northgate we buy cars. The engin was faulty and We Buy Cars replaced the engin. We are struggling to get the updated paperwork and disc from We Buy Cars. Mr Ashlin Pillay committed to a new updated disc but is now ignoring our emails and phone calls. We want to sell the vehicle but is unable to do so as we don't have the correct paperwork.
Ordered from Alliexpress on the 11th July. Courier company Speedaf was supposed to delivered the package. Package was never delivered. Requested a refund from Alliexpress which was declined. Speedaf advise me today one off their staff members list the package and they won't take responsibility for it. I have now paid for goods which was not delivered
Don't trust this courier company. Ordered from Alieexpress on the 11th July. Tried numerous numbers and customer email to try and found out from Soeedaf where my parcel is. Got finally through to a number today. I was told my package was lost by one of their staff members and the don't want to take responsibility for it. I paid for goods which I have now not received.
Very unhappy customer. Service off again. We have experienced very bad service. No connection again. Service ticket logged SR250901-852154
Very unsatisfied customer from Vodacom. They witch off our fibre instead of fixing the speed problem. Vumatel is blaming Vodacom and Vodacom blaming Vumatel. We have logged numerous complaints but not a phone call back to sort the issue. Looking now to move to another provider. Not the first time we are having issues.
Very bad service. Orderd on 6th July still don't have my order delivered. I have to follow up on my order. Asked now for a refund. Won't buy from them again.
Very unhappy customer today. Vodacom cancelled our fibre without our consent. Our account is paid so no reason for deactivating our account. Second day without internet. When we queried the no internet connection they kept on telling us there is issues at Vumatel but just for us to find out the disconnection is on their side not Vumatel. Now they say 24hours to connect again but for an error done on their side.
I am having an issue with MTN. Settled my account in July 2021. They never took me off ITC now I have lost a car as the finance was declined. I am struggling to get a settlement letter from MTN. Will not recommend them to anyone as service is bad.
Very poor service. I got a message on 3rd Nov 2021 that my parcel will be delivered. Nothing received as yet on the 8th Nov. Watsapp number messages no response. Can't speak to an operator on the landline. Very frustrating. Even emailed and no response.
