On the15th August 2024, I made a payment arrangement at the Nelspruit SARS branch with Mary-Kate, in terms of which I agreed to pay R500 per month. I have honoured this arrangement and continue to make the agreed monthly payments to date. It has therefore come as a surprise to note that interest continues to be charged monthly, despite the payment arrangement being in place. Furthermore, I submitted an affidavit to Mary-Kate requesting the deregistration/cancellation of the VAT registration, as I was not aware of the VAT registration and do not have any knowledge thereof. I have made several attempts to contact her on 013-759-4387 to confirm whether all the required documents were submitted to the Collections and VAT Deregistration departments, however, I have been unsuccessful. I then sent an email to SARS on the 04th.01.2026 and I haven't got any respond from SARS up to date
I bought a dishwashing sink from Thompson Sabie, unfortunately I lost the receipt and it was a wrong sink. I went to return it within 7 days and also withdrew my statement so to prove that I bought the sink from them but they told me that they don't sell that sink and refused to refund or give me the correct sink. I'm now stuck with a wrong sink because of their incompetency and worst customer service ever. No more buying from that store
This insurance has been nothing but very useless and defensive to me. It started from claiming for a dent in my car and further more they refuse to pay the whole outstanding amount for my shortfall claim because of their incompetency in calculations. They are just personal when you need answers to them. I will never encourage one to them
The response was very quick and the agent was very friendly and helpful

I joined a debt review owing Standard bank Blue account R6 902 in May 2016 only to find out that my balance kept on accumulating up until now Nov 2021 came up to R9 165.63 I was told that my account was accumulating areas/interest of which I was never communicated to about them and that i will be liable to pay the interest myself. The reason I applied for debt review was for them to pay my debtors with the money they where taking from me
Deceitful and Incompetency I joined Octogen in 2016 to ensure that I will be able to meet all my debt and pay lower instalments on my debtors once they made the application for debt review. They purposely produce a plan with lower total value just to procure a client. I am now paying on a longer payment plan with account running into areas which they never accounted for and never communicated to me that I have to pay the areas/interests myself . They however don't want to take accountability for their negligence and want me to rather sort it out myself.
