Good day I had a debit order with you guys for an MTN collection. Since November 2025, the debit orders stopped. However, I do still owe. I have sent multiple emails to you guys for the reason and to reinstate this. But there has been no reply. Kindly assist urgently. I do not want this to affect my credit score etc and anything else. Thank you

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from DHL, particularly from a consultant named Bianca Jordaan, who assisted me with a time-sensitive shipment of my police clearance certificate from Pretoria to Durban. Firstly, despite me booking the courier well before the 2 PM cut-off, Bianca demonstrated a lack of basic attention to detail. I had to correct the delivery address multiple times due to spelling and formatting errors. She also failed to send the waybill within a reasonable time — over two hours had passed and there was still no communication or document sent. I followed up via email several times with no response. Out of urgency, I called DHL again and another staff member assisted me. While confirming the details with the new consultant, we discovered that Bianca had entered my email address incorrectly — spelling “Gmail” as “Gmale” — which is shocking, given the importance of the shipment and the simplicity of the error. Because of this oversight, the waybill was not processed in time, and since DHL does not ship over weekends, my urgent shipment has now been delayed. What was initially meant to be delivered by 1 July has now been pushed out to 3 or 4 July, which could impact my visa application timeline. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable from a global courier company, especially for time-sensitive documents.
MTN and Vericred is the absolute worst. I had taken a contract with MTN in 2023, and specifically signed debit order forms etc. Unsure how, but my contract was made a cash payment (unrealistic) and no correspondence was sent my way about this until I received a letter of demand for the full amount of the phone as they canceled the contract last year September, so the account was handed over to Vericred without my knowledge. Further to this, after agreeing with them on monthly cash payment with them and keeping to it. They suspended my phone so now I cannot use it. And then tell me I have been paying into the incorrect account after they provided me with the banking details. I'm so frustrated with MTN. And the consultants refuse to assist in anyway. Please never get a contract with these guys. They have been making my life hell. To add to this whole thing, they handed over my account to vericred, which in turn did not communicate the debit order and payment agreement made to MTN which in turn caused a hard suspension on the phone and messing up my credit score. I absolutely regret taking this contract.

If i ever met a more *********** bank it is FNB. I had a complaint earlier last month in regards to my credit card limit been decreased without my consent. A consultant had rep**** with a general ''payment'' email with incorrect information. When i rep****, there was no response till date. Now, i get a call from FNB stating i will be handed to the attorney's because of none payment - yet i had made a small payment. Utter nonsense. So disappointed and ****ed off. Wish i ever dealt with this bank in the first place!
I am really disappointment with the service and communication received. In September 2023, FNB reduced my Credit Card limit (zapping away any funds that was available to me) without any correspondence prior to doing so. Resulting in my account being overdrawn, every time a consultant called and I explained the situation and requested my credit limit to be restored, they cut me off. And now, I have come to notice that my credit score as dropped drastically!
The turnaround time for my claim approval was processed really fast; the consultant that assisted me was very friendly and accommodating especially in such a complex matter - brilliant service provided overall. Thank you so much Sonia Naicker!
