I wa behind with payments, asked them to re instate..
I took dstv ultra compact on price lock, it started when the charged me over the agreed price which was going to be R500 for the decoder, per and extra view, when I called the lady who helped me acted like I was the mad person claiming something that never existed, last month one lady helped me and I saw my account going to credit only when it was time for the next debit order, they charged me , to my surprise the next day the amount charged to R1002.00 but when I check on the app I only have one decoder I'm paying for but they are charging me R869, for subscription and 136 for subscription so I'm confused and depressed.
Iam very disappointed with this phakama, in April they sent me a document stating my anniversary and averything was good then in May i received another email saying my policy has been canceled. When I ask they say because of non payment just like that, April 2022 was received and they made sure they clear it from my bank account before canceling my policy, I've been having this policy from 2016, they say the reinstatement is not allowed i must start afresh.. they are so cruel.
I transfered money from tymebank to capitec using immediate transaction, the money left the account but is still not showing on my capitec account, tymebank the have been telling me they are working on the problem, called capited they denied having the problem on their side said I should check with tymebank since it's their pipeline, now aft 3days tymebak is sending me an sms saying they have closed / cancelled the query ..what about my money no one is willing to help me and explain what might have happened to the money...I've since decided I no longer need the services of both banks..
We cannot get through to anyone there, calls on all the numbers are not answered . How can we be assisted with registration problems..
