I placed a bet in November for a horse racing for end of the month of Nov and aromatic the races got pushed to Dec 31 the the race got pushed to jan 31st n and I check in Jan it got pushed for Feb 28 today I checked it and it say July the race. Is so long I'm using the hollywoodbets app and first a issues I'm having for so many months when I was chatting to them they said the race is still on from last year November. I'm tired of this because I want that ticket to be canclled and. Horse can not be running a race from last November till July come on that's not on I need some sort of compresation for all this but this is not on and when I wait to chat to the agent they take over half and hour to reply and say they checking on they systems after I messaged 10 time I'm very disappointed in hollywoodbets If I could give a zero star I would but unfortunately I can't there is no zero start I'm very angry Image a horse is running an event from. Please be careful for this company there is a girl jescia Dr jager she say she is Senior credit office of co operation banking of green sky company but she not give will give u a number of sun trust bank which is a **** and a fruadester they will ask u how much loan you want and when u tell them the amt and full the details they edit it and say your banking details is incorrect and you must pay them r1200 to make it correct ..they are ****ming people please do sometime about it I got all the screenshot of the conversation and how rude she was when I said I didnt not get the money she said im joking.must contact the bank again n she gave other number they dealing with two company name they using green sky and sun trust bank.when I contact both company they said they don't know of anything 0663241739 and 0641215379 and 0846344770 these are the number she gave me to contact n she on Facebook they don't have email address or customer care number when I asked her for these details she igroned me
My bf and he's sister apply with them and got 2500 credit and when I app**** I got 0 credit I don't know why when they credit is like mine and they earn less them me
I came to debonairs food court in gateway and the cashier hlengiwe mhlungu was very rude I clear told her I want the creem chicken n bbq chicken the 29.90 pizza and she cash for it but charged me 71.90 for both when I asked to cancel the order she said she can't but it came 15 min later and she got a broken neck n she was very rude and I can't believe the service here in the food court...she need training
2nd time working for this call center and first time i got a issuess were they never paid me yet I messaged a manger in the depment I was working in and the manger said he will check for me ....but still no respond till now he read my messages and dont reply ...I resigned because we had no light and water for two week and I was still going to work...on the 2nd week I contacted my x manger and I told her I can't come to work for overtime because we still got no lights and water and due the flood my transport van got washed away... she said I must make alt arr I told her I'll see MAYBE I would go to my bf house or my cuzi house...I could not go due to having no money because everyone gets paid month end...I resigned on the 15th and the manger from ignition was extremely rude and unprofessional and she told me to make a plan and come to work everyone effected by the no light and water but what she didnt understand was in treanace park verulam new phase we had no water Nd light 2 weeks straight maybe more then two weeks...top it all that was my off day I said I can't come to work they did care...ignition call center was the best call center to work but after all my experience there I would not go back there...they even use to decline leave when I needed it...yet tgey use to give people leave for one week i asked only for two days ..I it came to a point were i had to take sick leave because I needed the leave...yet from the time I started to the date I need leave...I was even sick with no voice they made me dail and see if i could make it i told them no i cant i made a effect and went to work but i could not make it ... because I needed my leave for something important n I explain them why I needed it..top it all they decided not to pay but my pay slip is reflecting on the pay space site ..I got account to sort out and things to do and never get paid yet...on the site they took out money for notice pay but didnt not pay me my commission or my night shift allowance...if. I could give them a zero star I would for the 5month experience with them..mangers treat agent like ****...there even got favorite people and you not even allowed to go on toilet break what happen to someone that has issues With a this issues I could take them up to ccma but I won't

I asked this call center to stop calling me I spoke to over 100 agent and they keeping calling me every day and I told them don't not call the agents keeping saying they will take my number out but they keep calling me from different number. A fee number +27318370792,+27877434925,+27318370793,+27877520868..and when I answer they take long to response I work in a call center just like them and they keep on calling me please make this company stop calling me
