Worse experience received from Poetry in Pavillion. Their refund policy is incomplete and they are ****mers! Very pathetic
What horrible experience I am having with my private banker Megan Hoffman and her manager Lambert Smal. The personal loans department double deducted this month and I have been requesting that they refund me urgently. Between the turnaround time not being met and being ghosted. Megan is now not responding to my emails which is exactly why I want to change her as my banker because she disappears all the time. And now her manager not giving me any feedback or communication regarding my refund. This is disgusting service to say the least.
I did an application and I received my contract but when I try to withdraw it doesn’t allow me to: I’ve called so many times and the consultants are dropping the lines. They promise to call back but actually don’t. What a horrible service. Their emails and WhatsApp doesn’t get answered.
MTN does not want to cancel my contract. A manager from Retentions named Maud Themba promised to call me on Friday at 4 pm but she didn’t call. I’ve call through, sent emails, spoken to an agent on Twitter but still she hasn’t called. This is pathetic and people like her shouldn’t be working there — unless that is the standard MTN keeps- disgusting to say the least!
MTN is so pathetic. I’ve emailed them in December regarding the cancellation request of my contract. No one is giving me proper feedback. The agents at customer care are giving me the run around and sending my query to the relevant department.I’ve been trying to call I since Monday and every time I get through the agents are not speaking. I cannot waste my airtime holding for over 20 mins and not getting a hold of anyone to assist. This is absolute nonsense!!!
I went in for a Hollywood wax yesterday at the Mall of the South. When I got home I realised that I still have so much hair left. I called them & told them I’d like to get a voucher so that I can get a wax done again today. They told me to come to them which is 100 km & I only booked there because I was visiting a friend. I’m so upset & I need a waxing voucher at a sorbet near me.
This is literally going down south. I’ve just made my payment and the collection is supposed to be today but Pam & Julie from the CPT branch are now no longer communicating. We don’t even know the expect collection time. And I was told that the food will be delivered on the 2nd of Dec in JHB and I still haven’t been told what time will it be so we can arrange ourselves and make necessary arrangements. This is so stress and very unprofessional.
I still haven't received my updated document. The consultant spelt the address incorrectly and I requested that to be changed but still not changed. The start date is incorrect. I'm not sure that this guy knows what he is doing. The guy who signed me up said that I don’t have an excess fee unless I’m the cause of the damage now the agent and Client Care is telling me a different story. I’ve requested for a recording still nothing. I’ve sent emails but still nothing.
