Bought a TV in June 2023, only to have it have display problems. Contacted Skyworth , unfortunately extremely unprofessional in communication since everything was done from the brand ambassador Kiasha, WhatsApp rather than email or recorded calls. The service centre stated that with this issue it will be refunded and not repaired. No communication then a message from Kiasha saying it is now being repaired. When called, to ask why the plan had changed without being informed as the customer with no communication to us, this ambassador grew agitated and extreme condescending on the call telling us that we should not tell her how to do her job and that the salesperson in store is at fault and not her. Horrible person to deal As she has no interpersonal skills. Consider hiring qualified peiplet
Absolute **** show at engen Westwood with the Woolworths Waiting in queue because they have no system for refuel. Allow the guys who choose to jump the queue to fill whilst you wait being due to go next Also, in South Africa, don’t speak about someone in isiZulu assuming we don’t understand the language

Terrible service Seen by a pharmacy student at the Pharmacy- rude on arrival, did not speak, did not ask a single question- expected me to tell her everything Waited only for her to get it wrong, required a Pharmacist to come and help her, since it was over the counter meds, it should have been simple. I was given a form to sign showing a total and was titled doctors prescription which I had never seen before (usually sign another form) Little miss attitude rudely responded stating I should know this form if I buy medication here when I asked if I owe anything or if there was a copayment since it was a form I’ve never seen Rolling eyes huffs and puffs, haibo hahas following her useless service was unnecessary Also why are students allowed to administer drugs with a locum Pharmacist present when the in store certificate from Pharmacy council stated Rivana was the one allowed to train students and she was not present at the time Dodge dealings clicks dodge
It seems to be an ongoing issue and I have lodged a formal complaint about the Westwood branch Ordered food and mc flurry’s The lady makes the McFlurrys before the food Waited another ten minutes for the takeaway to see melted ice cream so I asked why - lindokuhle at that point decided to tell me she “just made them now “ and that the machine is faulty because it is a new one. It has happened before and the complaint was not dealt with I explained that this is not okay only to be told it can’t be rectified since it is a machine fault
<div>I placed an order on the 10th of November and it was being processed for quite some time. Regular emails to say delay in processing and all of that. I ordered two items which were in stock, usually if out of stock it is stated as such. Bought items that were on sale to support this “small business”. No delivery for nine days- receive an email stating that I have store credit for an item that they don’t have. Firstly, why falsely advertise the product on special if you had no stock. Secondly, should you not ask your customers before putting it down as a store credit? I emailed to change to a refund and asked why after all this time of keeping my money , all of a sudden the item was not in stock but the emails stated that they were being processed? The customer service guy ignored four messages of me asking and purely asked for banking details, no apology no explanation Only once I said the company will be reviewed due to poor customer service did he “attempt calling me” that evening to tell me their supplier had no stock Been a customer for years Will rather go to big franchise stores than support this business.</div>
17 Nov 2024- visited Woolworths Liberty Mall in PMB Poorly stocked shelves for a food store in a mall. I needed milk and couldn’t believe that all they had was full cream 2 litre with a best before date in a few days and lactose free only. Walked through the aisles trying to find someone who works there’s. Got to the last aisle of toiletries and my mum and I waited for the ONE employee on the floor to finish with his customer- a lady in a wheelchair who he was helping open air freshener bottles to smell. Even though she was with family who could have done it for her, we waited understanding that she required his assistance. We waited and searched the store for maybe 8-10 minutes looking for someone else, only for the employee named Bongani Maluleki to decide to leave his customer and come to assist us- BY HIS OWN CHOICE. He asked what we required. So assuming he was done opening bottles, we said what we required. As we walked to the fridges, the guy rudely turns to my elderly mother to tell her “you know it is rude for you to expect me to leave a customer and come serve you” We did not at all expect that of him, we waited patiently and he still continued to say she needed more help than us. I grew annoyed by the absolute disrespect towards my mother who did not force him to come and help. I told him that we waited and were ok with waiting to which he said well this is the milk we have you can take this or the lactose free. Told him this is not what we will waste money on and asked if they will be stocking later. Rudely walking away from us he says he didn’t know. I told him that’s ridiculous for such a big store and he said thank you for your opinion. As a rehab the****** I understand the need to assist the disabled and am all for it, but don’t leave that person on your own accord and tell another elderly person she is being rude. I’ve reported this to Woolworths complaints- with no response except their automated one Woolworths liberty mall- disgusting behaviour from your employees and pathetic service from such a big store. Not responding to a complaint is even more pathetic
Absolutely rude delivery guy, all relevant info was given to the company to add to delivery address, when he got to my work place complained to people that I don’t know how to answer calls(which was false since he had no data and airtime to call) and proceeded to yell at me about my delivery instructions- the package was torn so the delivery instructions were torn off! Told me I have an attitude and clicked at me before leaving. Submitted a complaint form with no response from Ram
Placed an order as a takeaway and was informed that it would take 15-20 minutes. Waited patiently and returned only to be told it still was not ready. Twenty minutes afterwards I questioned the host who had informed me a waitress has gone to get my order. TEN minutes later, being ignored by every waitress afterwards, I asked for my refund. The host tells me it’s on its way only for the manager to come out and asked what the issue is. Advised him that I had spoken to too many people and just want my order or a refund My order then appears Pathetically afterwards when being packed, another waitress chose to speak to the other staff about me in IsiZulu being unaware that I understand and speak the language The utter disrespect of her to complain about me and say that I am greedy for food whilst standing there was sick It has been an issue where my order has been forgotten and then ordered later as they refuse to refund you But I did not complain as one error is human and can be understandable This however is not human error and just pure disrespect
Had an order placed and understood that delivery would be slower due to Black Friday. Asked to contact me prior so that there is someone to receive - text sent out that parcel was for delivery on Friday- called them as there was no one delivering- they rescheduled without an attempt saying it’s failed because of me Called on Monday, no response eventually spoke to Roseanne Mthimkulu who said delivery 4-5 pm made appropriate plans- no response called back to be told after 5:30 asked to speak to manager No one came to phone. Roseanne proceeded to talk over me at tell me I should t have ordered at peak time. Pathetic
