Rental on Avis vehicle since 3 Sept -Holding deposit on credit card and still holding for more then a month now. Several emails and complaints send to avis customer care and reply that this will be released in 24 Hours. Up to date no satisfaction on emails and complaints
installed a 8 kw deye inverter in april 2025. Two months later a red screen reflect on system. As for this i was mot able to do any touch screens for settings. As i was promised that Deye company are the best and return policy is immediate if any problems. The installer took this inverter to supplier and now it can take up to 21 days. Deye inverter south africa was emailed with no response. Unfortunate for me i resides at town where there is still loadshedding everyday. This have impact on my work. Always reconsider on empty promises
I purchased a samsung A 25 phone on 12 april 2024. Since i took the phone the incomming callers can not hear me. I have send phone to 2 different vodacom stores At 1st they delete my 5g that was apparently the problem. This was done 17 april. No problem solved. I took to other repairer 18th and they reset the line. Still not solving the problem. According to 7 day cool off period i request refund on the phone and they rep**** that i must go back te bela bela where i purchased the phone. This is 400km from my home and why must i return it in bela bela as this was direct from vodacom. This phone is not working and vodacom now effect my business. As for the 7day period they refuse to refund and send it to repairs. This is breach of contract and will not accept this. Please be aware of purchasing phone at vodacom.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received from Telkom Mobile and the *********** validation with the fault on my Samsung A33. I purchased the Samsung A33 in Aug 2022 and after 4 months it starts giving problems with charging when the phone run dead. With loadshedding there is no time to keep the phone on and battery runs dead. With that I booked it in on 14 Feb 2023 (JobNo:TRJ169632) After 2 weeks I went to the Mobile shop to find out what is going on. They did not have any feedback. After a week I emailed back and forth to Kgomotso. No repaired contacted me and any explanation to what the fault on the phone is. I only received only a sms to pay R3202.12 the phone is still under warranty! They didn’t even phone to say what the problem is. With Kgomotso not knowing what the fault is and could not give me the complaints no (which I requested many times, but she is ignoring me to give the complaints no) I did not receive any explanation. After a while she confirm that the repairers said there is a scratch in the corner of the phone.. but I was furious since this has absolutely nothing to do with the charging fault???? They could not explain nor contact me after so many requests to do so? This phone’s charging ability is at fault and Telkom doesn’t want to repair it even if the phone is still under warranty. Not only my phone, but a few other Samsung A33 has these problems?? This is a very disappointing experience seeing that I renew my contract with Telkom every year. But this time I’ll cancel all and move to another service provider which will assist in adequate costumer services. I had to pay a quote rejection fee of R189.75 not to fix the phone for R3202.12. But they can’t even say what they want to fix, and also the phone is still under warranty! I paid it on 15th March. I requested Kgomotso to send me the fault description and why it is not under warranty with my phone. She confirmed that the repaired said it is because of the scratch and the camara glass is chipped. I informed that there is nothing wrong with the camara glass since I took pictures of the phone within the Telkom shop, the day I booked it in. Nothing was wrong with the phone and I have my proof on that. I requested to send back my phone where I will take it up further. However I am still waiting on the Complaints No. Up and till now I haven’t received any call or my phone?? It is now 3 weeks after I pay the rejection fee and still, I haven’t received my A33 back???? Where should I go with this lack of interest to service clients???

I made a booking with safarinow. As they send me confirmation of booking bank details was send for payment. As the payment was done confirmation was send and booking confirmed. The next day safarinow and hotel confiemed that booking was cancelled due to availability. Several emails was send to safarinow to request refund. Email send that refund was done but nothing in account. Hotel was contacted and reply that only safarinow can solve this. Tried to phone the numbers on website but numbers not working. Safarinow send email and replied there numbers is under maintanance. No refund done and emails keep sending that payments was reversed. Safarinow give false bookings and false feedback. Not a reliable site
I purchase a hauwei watch at Langeberg mall on special for R1999. The watch was not working as charging problems occur. Took it back to them and was tested and found faulty. I requested the exact same watch to be exchanged. The credit could not be loaded back and still the amouny of R1999 appears on statement. When they need to load the new watch the balance of R4000 will appear. I explained the simple calculations that its impossible as i will only receive 1 watch and not to therefor my balance must be R1999. They could not understand this and i requested to cance all transactions to get a zero balance. Now i dont have a watch but balance is R1999 outstanding. Call center was called several times by the sales person and no success
I have installed system to secure my house and my family. Several errors occur with no signal and alarm can not be activated. Emails was sent to enquire but no solution can be given. Further action also taken to consumer board. Not a safe system
Consultant phooned for updgrade on data contract. The info of data and contract that was loaded was complete different information. . Clearly false information was given by consultant. 1- It was clearly stated that I will receive 60KB day time data as customers don’t use night data. This is not the case according to this contract and only 20KB was loaded. 2- I clearly state what my full balance is with Vodacom on both contracts. Consultant then gave premium that will be less. This is now not the case when i received the contract and false advice was given by consultant. Email was sent to costumer care and complaints to void the contract but no response.
