What a horrible experience buying laptop online at game😡when I was done paying I was informed that my order has not been successful even though money came out of my bank.I called customer help line and spoken with a gentleman called Katleko who was super nice and advised me that it may happen that the items is no longer available online and he said he will help me get my refund which can only reflect in 14 days that time this item I bought it for my child and it’s needed this weekend as he is leaving Cape Town. He said he will get me an item from Promenade mall and I should receive an email confirmation for collection date. Supper annoyed why would you advertise something that is not available and take payment of it then give me oops it’s not available anymore.
Horrible experience with this Company,my brother and I booked a ticket online due to unforeseen circumstances we saw that we won’t make time for our bus.we followed the bus regulations and call in 2 hours before the departure time and explain to them due to network issues we unable to provide the picture of the ticket which They can easily locate us in their list if they were interested to help,I advised the lady that I can give the reference number over the phone which she declined as a result of their incompetence we lost our money even though we informed them in time. You guys are horrible and your customer skills sucks😡😡😡
I went to pep Khayelitsha mall desperately looking for an outfit and traveling sport bag, when I went to the register I was advised that the bag doesn’t have the price tag and they do not know the code😒but a lovely guy who was a in the register took the picture of the bag and send it to the group to try and get this code and he advised me to go and do other staff and came back which I did. I came back after an hour to be told that none of pep store they reach out have the code therefore they can’t sell this item to me😭😭😭I was so disappointed am really failing to understand why putting an item in your shelves without a price tag😡😡😡wasted over an hour trying to buy something I desperately needed but left without it😡😡😡Big up to the guy who did his best to try and assist he even consulted with his annoyed Manager,his efforts did not go unnoticed ❤️
I am beyond annoyed by your poor connection. I have given you multiple chances to get my internet connected, since Friday I had to spent money to buy data while paying you each and every month for uncapped internet. Imagine paying for something you are not using....................
What a horrible experience received at PEP Bellville Middestad Mall first I went there Monday morning at 9am and waited outside the door till 9:10 and decided to knock because there was no notice advising customer they opening late for some reason, a lady came and told me they have system issue hence they were not yet opened which i asked her why they didn't leave a note then I left .Today I went there again to exchange an item which I bought at pep in main road, entered the store and the was no one at the door therefore I went straight to pick up an what I needed and went to the counter to exchange only to be attended by a rude lady who told me with attitude after advising her that I'm exchanging that I should have left my item to parcel counter next time and I said okay when i came in there was no one in the door so I didn't know. I asked her for cash back and her reply yet again with attitude we do not have money its still early and I'm like you don't know how much I want back and didn't even bother to ask me because I only wanted R50 but because she was already annoyed by me exchanging and knocked on their door the other day she decided to be rude.
I am beyond annoyed by ikeja connection issues if the was 0 star that is what they deserve have been having connection issues for the past 2 weeks everyday I have to speak to them, internet will connect for 5 minutes then boom no internet again. I have no idea how many times I have reported this issue I'm so annoyed I paid for nothing and I have to buy data to report connection issue imagine while I am paying for uncapped. I cant wait to leave you.
I am so disappointed with this company. i called in to reserve 6 sits for my family to celebrate my birthday Friday the 24.02.2023 and was told to send email with my wiki deals vouchers which i did. they didn't even bother to reply on my email as they promised. I called them Saturday to check my reservation status only to be told they are full booked my table was never reserved was told to book for this weak even though i told them i called emailed then as per their instruction. What a Disappointment
I'm so annoyed by Capitec Bank, you guys took my loan repayment from the money transfered for my son medication, on your app you said it's due on the 23rd- Dec and worse part it's not like my salary is paid already since I'm using you guys. So annoyed and disappointed. Can't wait to change to another bank, consider this the last month I will be using your bank.
I am so disappointed with your online ordering process, i have placed an online order never got any update had to email them to check if my order has arrived or not, was informed it was delivered. so if i didn't ask i was not gonna get any update. I went to collect in Bellville the shock of my life my order is upside down not combined as a results they couldn't get everything I ordered after waiting for the hole 30 minutes. now i have to waste my money and go back to collect my other items because they couldn't do a simple thing to combine my order. so annoyed
I have ordered food via UberEats today, Delivery Guy text me starting he is outside then i went out to collect my order that i paid online by the way. delivery guy was not there and when i text him he is telling me he is outside Monke Centre which i have no idea where that is because my Delivery Address is 107 Ambition House in Voortrekker. I have informed uberEats and was informed that i wont be refunded, question is how when their Driver when to the wrong address?
