Shocking service....unable to contact specific branch directly. Call line claims no stock of particular item at most convenient branch, necessitating online purchase and a 5 day wait for item i then found multiple stock of at the branch I wanted Staff are either badly trained or stocktake and info is sadly lacking
Specifically WILLOWBRIDGE THis is a dual rating because although the staff - Ignatius, Mohammed and the lady pharmacists as well as the floor staff are amazing, the overseer pharmacist JC treats his fellow pharmacists with disrespect and highhandedness in front of customers which leaves a sour taste Your pharmacists are amazing, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with JC - treat them as the valuable asset they are!!
In a rain-drenched Cape Town, I messaged about a leaking roof, expecting to get a response team in weeks if not months. Luc arrived not 4 hours later with a team, inspected and repaired the problem within the DAY!!! I could not be more impressed with this world class service from the most reliable, friendly and professional company. Thanks Gerhard and Luc and team!!!

Stopped a credit card three weeks ago....still waiting for a replacement three weeks later.....missing out on ucounts in the interim as well as am.told every time I call that the card will take 2-5 working days. Not happy with the level of service delivery at all. Consultants, when I get through, after calls volumes ALWAYS being high regardless of timemof day, are outstanding but unable to expedite the actual outcome.

I collecxted a suitcase from Takealot on 14th April. Husband used for the first time on 25th April and on landing at Manchester airport, collected the suitcase which had a damaged wheel. Reported to Takealot on 26th APril, explaining that he would only return to South Africa in 2 months. Told that was no issue as there was an extended guarantee. Returned said case on 25th June immediately on return to the country. Requested feedback after no response on 2 July. On 3 July response was that the return was denied because the item did not meet the requirements of "defective products" because that did not cover "damage existing from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage....or damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product! We used the suitcase ONCE to transport clothing from Cape Town to Manchester. My multiple requests for how this was incorrect or lack of care for the product have met with total silence. the suitcase has been returned to me the wheel is still broken I still want to know what I did wrong This is shocking service from Takealot and I am very disappointed.
