I received a contract from Africamobile on February 17th. After reading the terms and conditions I send a rep**** email asking to cancel this contract on February 18th. This company keeps *****ing money from my account. DO NOT SIGN OR EVEN TAKE A PHONE CALL FROM THEM. ITS BEEN NEARLY 1½ MONTHS AND NO ONE HAS EVEN TRIED TO ASSIST ME.
Emergency clinic my ***. Vet Christina didn't even touch my dog, kept on saying "she needs puppy food" after a trying to explain that my dog had undergo an Enterectomy due to obstruction at PDSA (would rather have gone back if PDSA operated on Sundays). Since her operation she has been under strict supervision and care from the Snr Vet at PDSA and are we taking good care of her, BUT she does not want to eat, NOTHING, mince, chicken, puppy food, regular food, rice, you name it she refuses it. TRYING TO EXPLAIN THIS TO CHRISTINA WAS FRUITLESS. She did nothing but hang on to the counter at reception as if she did not have a spine. I KNOW YOU ARE A PRIVATE PRACTICE YET YOU ARE AN EMERGENCY VET refusing to see a sick animal. The grinn on your face showed total ************** against PDSA and the work they do.
Since the store in Ridgeview Centre, Roodepoort opened, I received quality goodseven when placing an order after 18:00, even on a Sunday. The store closes at 20:00. The store at Ridgeview has a Krispy Kreme outlet and I have been ordering regularly from this store untill 2 weeks ago. At first I thought the said store discontinued their after hours delivery as well as delivery from Krispy Kreme. I placed and order on a Sunday, but delivery was scheduled first thing Monday morning. This was very odd! I ALWAYS ORDER MY WEEKS FRESH PRODUCE FROM THEM ON A SUNDAY. Upon phoning customer care I was informed by Yvette that I have never received goods from Ridgeview and that my goods are sent from Westgate. Trying to explain this is not the case is fruitless. I do not wish to use Westgate for the store doesn't maintain the same quality of hygiene, fresh produce or products. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A KRISPY KREME OUTLET. According to Yvette the "system" decides I have to use Westgate. Why, I don't know for there are 3 other stores closer. I am cancelling my debit order or R99 and will not use Checkers at all. The again my mere R99 will not have an affect on them at all.
Most of these people can sell, but NEVER can deliver a service. Long story short. I was in a small accident in May 2024. My wife had to urgently drive me to and from the doctors, and I was unable to drive myself. Insurance refused to pay out for my wife does not have a drivers licence. We were told that if we claim our out-bonus will fall away! Since August, we have had numerous difficulties with outsurance not collecting the debit order. Outsurance calls me a **** saying I cancelled the debit order. Suddenly, there is a new policy and new payment in place. Did an outsurance agent cancel our policy and write up a new one for commission? Every month, I have to phone outsurance regarding the debit order that they once again have not requested. Money is in the account, WAITING for this debit order. If something happens to the insured vehicle, Outsurance will be held accountable, not me, for I HAVE NOT CANCELLED MY DEBIT ORDER AT ALL. USELESS CLIENT SERVICE, USELESS CALL CENTRE AGENTS, SARCASTIC MICHELLE, aka manager I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NOW.
Once again African fails to deliver. I am at my whits end. Why can money being *****ulent debited from your account not be reversed? All proof that transactions was debited without knowledge nor concent are available BUT NO, African Bank will investigate and stop the card. I only want my mo ey back, why this lenghty process. I am still waiting for money to be revesed since 12 January 2024! Are they still investigating? You use to be a Bank offering a service to clients, now you are the worst at fulfilling customers requests.
For 3 months I have been trying to change the debit order date. Numerous calls and emails sent from pillar to post yet, Absa has debited my account twice, including original debit order dates as well as newly requested debit order dates. As explained my date of payment from my employer has changed LETTERS emailed to confirm, yet you debit as you please, leaving me with unforeseen bank charges. Why do you have people working at Absa if they do not have the necessary skills to assist customers? I need Absa to contact me urgently and reimburse the unnecessary bank costs ABSA incurred. I have no other choice than to cancel my debit order.
Been a member of solidariteit for a few years now. The company I work for has been paying me in drips and drabs causing debit orders not to go through as per debit order date. Phoned Solidariteit regarding the salary payment problem to enquire legal advice...sorry we cannot help you, your subscription has been suspended!!! What about the years I have paid every month! I would have been up to date if my employer paid my salary according to my payment date as per contract HENCE THE REASON FOR SOLIDARITEIT TO ASSIST ME Are they really in the business to help you or are they only in it to make money.
Purchased a pair of shoes, on sale, was told that no return or refunds are allowed on sale items. Worn the shoes twice, one shoe completely ripped from both sides, the other shoe starting doing the same. Severly bad quality for the price I paid.
My husband received a call from African Bank offering a personal loan or increase on our credit card. We opted for the latter, only to be notified 2 weeks after the application this has been declined. This morning we received a sms "Hello Wessel! Get a Personal Loan of up to R350 000 with interest from as low as 12% p.a. from African Bank. Simply visit www.africanbank.co.za or download our App! Ts&Cs apply. Auth. FSP Reg. NCRCP7638. ReplyNo2OptOut." African Bank wants to offer us a huge loan but declines an increase of our credit card.....poor business service and communication.
I use Checkers 60Sixty, am healing from a major operation and find this convenient BUT the store we get our orders from Hyperama Westgate, Roodepoort Johannesburg is the most useless shop. You dare not order meat nor baked products, the quality is poor, old and stale. I have asked and complained numerous times, but still they deliver sub standard products at most expensive prices. I find this unacceptable.
