Mcdonalds Brentwood Park Always out of stock on items although its on the menu. Poor customer engagement by staff. Mumbles through radio. Fook takes forever at this particular mcdonalds. This is not the right way to manage the image of mcdonalds, and their brand view through the customers perspective. Its always the case here, absolutely terrible. I am a regular here and its been going backwards everytime.
Super long waiting times. Waited 30 mins for fuel and then attendants are taking a nice easy stroll. Apparently they are short staffed and the supervisor/manager dont want to hire more. Shocking. Not the first time, many customers are getting frustrated by the long waiting times. Brentwood park Bp garage
So had to wait 45 minutes in the drive through after paying. No explanation or heads up. Had to get out of my car and go inside to be greeted by disgusting attitudes. Manager was helpful and explained that its busy. Restaurants get busy but waiting 45 minutes for food at a drive through service is unacceptable. Karabo at the window was busy training, but her attitude sucks. No no from me. Potch Nando’s.
The most *********** bunch that i have ever had to deal with. They claim that their turn around time for a claim is 48hrs. Its more like 1-2 weeks, while the customer to paid for this service sits without a vehicle. Poor attitude from all in warranty, especially Zanele. No urgency or assistance to escalate a matter that is long overdue. You get false promises every day when you phone, that youll receive feedback before close of business on each day. You wont, you will have to sit in a que for 1 hour waisting airtime for the same bull**** response. Stay very far away from Bidvest as a whole, its not worth anyones time and most likely will never get the help you need even after paying that much for a service. Major disappointment.
I wish i could give frogfoot less than one star. Absolutely pathetic survive in terms of consistent internet supply. Every damn day you have to sit without wifi, cant work, cant do anything because your “trusted internet supplier” has an outtage somewhere. This is a everyday thing, whether you are disconnected for 2 minutes or 12 hours, it will always happen. Stay very very, Very far away from this company. Words fail to explain the extent of how bad it is.
The absolute most useless and incompetent service provider in the whole wide world. I am deeply disappointed in frogfoot. The internet goes down 6 times daily. Sometimes short, sometimes days. I dont know if you are trying to lose customers but your doing an awesome job, keep going! I am pretty sure the words consistent did not even cross the minds of the Frogfoot. Cant even provide wifi and nevertheless customer care is also out the window. Waste of money and time. I would recommend this to absolutely no one. STAY AWAY. Cheers
the ABSOLUTE worst experience ive ever received from a Internet provider. They have about 30 outages a day. This leaves you without internet for hours and hours at a time. You would also experience disconnections 3 times daily. The speed is not consistent. All you ever see is a reg light on your router. I Strongly recommend people to stay far away from this nonsense. Never would you recieve any feedback from them. No warning or notice of outage. This leaves me with no other choice than to switch to a trusted, consistent and competent ISP.

I’ve ordered new shoes and when i got them they were extremely dirty! Inside and outside! The box was falling apart and the one shoelace was chafed. Its disgusting to say the least… would not ever use superbalist again and i really wont refer them.
