I am finding it impossible to contact them. When clicking on the contact us link they then tell you they will send an email to verify you. this email does not come and you cannot continue. There are no Phone numbers PLEASE HELP
Nedbank is not responding to my request to write a letter instructing discovery to remove a cession on a life policy. The home loan with Nedbank was paid up and cancelled in 2022 Yet they still have the cession on the life policy. I have made numerous phone calls and have send 3 emails
My son has left the country almost 2 years ago and has tried to chancel his membership but no respons to his e-mails. I have a GPA to act on his behalf and have contacted Virgin active by phone. The person gave me a webadmin email to send the cancellation to. They responded saying somebody will be in contact within 48 hours. Even after a 2nd attempt nobody has contacted me yet
My premium has gone up by more than 200% even though I have not put a claim in. I have had insurance with them for a number of years and cut it to fire theft and balance of 3rd party while I was out of the country for 6 months this year and car was locked up in a garage. On my return I requested that my fully comprehensive insurance get reinstated. I did not accept the increase of more than 200% from what it was up to April this year yet the money has been taken from my account. I have to add that another company is prepared to insure my vehicle at the original price I paid Momentum prior to my travels. I just wanted to give momentum the opportunity to relook their charges. I also think there should be some sort of recourse for us against such drastic increases. Is there a ombuttsman to report this to

nobody there answers emails or gets back to you via phone . I have just had a nightmare experience with them. You may think it is sorted out with one department then you find out nothing has been done
I sent an email in April to suspend my subscription as I would be out of the country for an extended period. I supp**** them with all info needed by email. They are still debiting my account monthly
Not possible to cancel a number of package with Vodacom. after positing on Hello Peter on the 9 March 2023 I got a call back with assistance to cancel two numbers that I tried to cancel a year ago. It looks like one of the numbers are now on a prepaid while the other I am still being charged for 13 months after cancelling. I am really at wits end I CANNOT MANAGE TO CANCELL the charges
impossible to cancel accounts with them. It is only done via phone that you have no recall to. I have followed up with email to confirm my phone call and still getting charged monthly. I have gone into a store to cancel and again told it can only be done by phoning cancellations. I phone and repeat the process only to find the next month I am billed again. Been going on since early 2022
I have written a review before and received a response from Holiday club that same day, They requested that my husband send them an email from his email requesting cancelation, yet they have my email on record. We have not had any reply back and have just received our next years membership fee. We have been trying for a long time to get rid of our points. We cannot even give them away for free. The yearly levy exceeds what it will cost to rent that accommodation for that period. I can go on and on but my aim of this report is just for The Holiday club to confirm my cancellation
