My Hisense dishwasher racks are rusting, this machine is not even 2 years old. When you phone Hisense they say this is not covered in the warranty. What do they expect the customer to do? Buy new dishwasher racks every 2 years? This is pathetic.
This used to be one of my favourite fast food restaurants because they make the most amazing burgers. But since I started buying at Steers Highveld Mall in Witbank my view has changed. Firstly they NEVER answer their phone, I have been disappointed with the food a few times but today was the last time. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 30 min later to see that my order was not ready, I had ordered the King steer combo Meal(2 x Burgers and 1 large chips) for R199.99. The chips was not a large, let’s say it was about 1 potatoes chips. The burgers were ice cold. Let’s just say I wont be going back anytime soon.
Pathetic service , sent a parcel from Witbank to Bloemfontein on Monday the 27th of November . Paid for overnight and it has still not delivered. When you call them they transfer you to the next department , as no one can tell you where the parcel is and then the line cuts off.
Really disappointed. App**** for a credit card and I was cleared for a few option. Chose one, they printed the card for me and all my docs was sent in, just to hear a few hours later that my application was denied and no one can tell me why.
Horrible is not even the word to describe these people. On the 1st of March I ordered Vodacom Fibre thru Web Africa. Web Africa told me VODACOM will install my fibre within 14 business days. Today is the 27th of March and still no one of Vodacom has contacted me once. The end of the month is coming and they will most probably deduct funds for the service although I have nothing installed in my house.
Extremely pour service. I ordered a new fibre line through Web Africa on the 1st of March. To this day I have been following up twice a week with no luck. Would not recommend them to anyone
This must be one of the most pathetic companies in SA. We paid for our full streaming package on the 10th of November. Since then I need to go to a live chat every day and complain for them to activate because for same reason the disconnect it at midnight. What is the use in paying so much if you need to have it re activated daily.
F*cking Horrible service
Utterly disgusted with the service we received from our Agent in Boksburg. My wife and I were renting , unfortunately we had to move early because of work , luckily for us we found another person to rent. We moved out on the 25th of May, and today , the 30th of June we are still waiting for out deposit to be payed back. The agent does not reply our messages or answer our phone calls, and when she does it is excuse after excuse. I would not recommend these realtors to anyone.
Had the worst experience with uber eats last night. Ordered pizza hut at 18:00 , was supposed to arrive at 18:50 , by 20:00 I called pizza hut for them to tell me my order has been stolen by an uber eats driver.
