I had the worst encounter with the centre manager of sable square, if I didn't know better I would say he has a problem with people of my black color, I happen to be one of the clients that rent a space in the storages at Sable square, i was told to use the back entrance to take out my stuff stored in the storage, i followed the instructions, on Wednesday 16 July exactly 15:05 i came in with 2 of my drivers to load out my stock, did the centre manager a white man, i must mention came shouting at me and the drivers with the whole army of security guards as if he saw a bunch of ********s, we exchanged words as i told him if he needed to address anything he should have done it in a polite manner, he kept on saying "you people" this and that and he was shaking with anger and shouting at us like we were 2 year olds, i have never felt so disrespected, he showed alot of anger and animosity towards my kind so much that my drivers will never set foot in there after the tantrum the man showed, we were watched until we finished loading and he instructed we park outside the gate our car and we can load it from outside the gate because we weren't allowed, all this shouted at our face not even the owner of sable square has the right to disrespect nobody, his a mere employee giving bad name to someone else's business, and he went and said that the space was actually for paying clients like we were squatters, that man was so disrespectful i wish the owner of Sable square can just aswell put up a notice that a certain group of people aren't suppose to do business in his building once and for all if this is his instruction or he needs to put this manager of his in check because next time he might do it to a wrong person with the same hate and temper as his and it might not end well for him. I wish they beat him up good as he showed signs of even wanting to assult us but maybe since i was a lady he had to think twice. Take him for anger management. We can't be treated like ******* by him.
Bad service and complaints about handling, my parcel D511698097678 was dropped off on the 16th July on a 3 to 5 days to arrive by the following week on Tuesday. When i contacted the agent via WhatsApp, there was an issue about strike affecting couriers, but my question was why didn't they communicate or let us know about the latest changes, secondly the agent was rude answered once in person sent automated replies that are not anywhere near to my question and cut our conversation short before i could even get a straight answer as to when i should expect my parcel. The company is filled with unprofessional staff with stinking attitude, failure to take responsibility while handling valuable items and they still act like they dont need us. They have definitely lost a client, its one thing experiencing a problem but its another when you not showing care nor takin accountability, it is after all their company and should care for their clients now they act as if they doing us a favor, im so mad right now. I feel so disrespected. I need my parcel and take my business elsewhere where it's appreciated.
3 days now been waiting for a parcel sent by Temu to Dawn wing Dpd laser, my parcel had long cleared customs and are the ones with the delay without proper communication.. what ****es me off the most is the text sent saying your parcel is out today(driver Lulama Jack) no contact details whatsoever and been checking my phone and coming home early from work so I don't miss them, no communication nor number to call to find out where I could personally collect my parcel as they are failing to do their job. I am so mad right now and I would never ever want to make use of these people this is *******. Oh I tried emailing them twice but no response..
I had purchased a machine for my business that had costed R499 at the beginning of October after payment there was no communication just the acknowledgement of payment and no tracking number 2day later a message asking me to upload my documents i tried using different devices but it still would not upload, ive sent an email enquiring about the machine 8days later and still no reply, i went on their Facebook page and asked when am i getting my machine and still no reply i then went on their messenger and that's when they said they will attend to me, i said i would lile to cancel my order as their service is bad after the person has paid they apologised and said they will get back to me soon with the refund process, one of the staff phoned i think it was towards the second week or beginning of third week of November and said my refund will take up to 14 days and today is the 19th day and yet when i message them on Facebook no reply any more and i haven't gotten back my money nor machine nothing, its either they are good to certain client or have begun a new strategy of ****ming people. Please help.
Been waiting for them to clear out my dstv payment ever since,was assisted by a lady named Candice via email who lied and said she had email me proof of payment that I can submit to dstv people and I told her there was no attachments on the email she sent me and she kept quite since and my kids are bored without TV and this really ****es me off ,this is a wake up call for me cause one of these days they will do this with a large amount of money.i am never using their app again as payment.
Very very disappointed ,their service sucks...placed an order on the 7thDec 2021 and its still being processed, been waiting for it like am waiting for Jesus am beginning to think they are scam....first time buying n this nonsense happens so ridiculously incompetent....
