1 star because some called me at 14:38 telling my order will be delayed a little.after 38minutes of it being confirmed by the store. I called at 15:34 to find out a manager put me on hold for 5 minutes, I asked her name she gave me an attitude. She came back I asked her again she said "I told you xolo" said my oder is on its way , while I was addressing her tone and attitude she hung up. It's now 16:15 I haven't recieved my order.When I track online the app says eta 17:30. Worst experience ever I ened up cooking for my guests . Oder#98882020 will be too late
Terrible experience tried since November to cancel my contract as it was due in December. Eventually got it cancelled end of February because of arrears billing got billed end of March. Frustrating as it was they topped it up by sending me a debit pull Link on the 19th of February funds were successful then they debited me on the 26th of Feb. Got to 27th when I checked I had debits from vodacom. 😲 I called them, they told me to write an email request for refund which I will get on Monday. I mean I have already called and advise you so that my other commitments are not affected why can it not be done sooner? Eventually my funds cleared on 1 March. The past week was the most terible experience dealing with them. It opened my eyes and guess what they have been charging me R8.99 for caller ID for a data sim card only for the past 26month but I told myself it's not worth my mental health anymore trying to fix one issue with Vodacom their agents go and create bigger ones. The only agent that knows what to do is Qhama hats off to her ,the rest well I dont wish to this experienc
I placed an order on the app in December and paid,Avon did nod deliver my order till today. I asked them to invoce in January did not then I asked for a refund. I highlighted the statements and attached a handwritten letter as they requested. Till today I haven't been refunded. I had to refund my clients and now on a deficit no one wants to do business with me because I failed to deliver. This is so disgraceful and *********** of administration. They treat us like we are nothing though we make money for them.

Oh my! Grimaldi's gave me an experience that topped the recent restaurants I have been this year. Their sushi was mouthful, dripping out of my mouth and the taste was of value for money.

Neli and Nqo gave me a horrible experience today, eventually Estelle and the branch manager heard me. Thank you for the allowing yourselves the opportunity to help me. I am glad you turned my horrible experience to joy. I finally secured a place I can call home after I spoke with you at the branch. The seller gave me till 10am today (POA) even after the deadline they accepted my offer. @Khonziwe thank you for your time and urgency.
I went to Makro in Springfield, the welcome I got was updated about the facilities they have. Apologies in advance the machines were offline. Inside the staff were so friendly went out making sure I get the baskets hampers I was looking for. The trolley was troubling me they brought a nice controllable one. In the queue the manager Simphiwe topped up by taking me to the express till. The level of customer service, care and passion they had I was dazzled and astonished. I mean it's a busy store but they made me feel like a princess. I mean hell yeah am royalty but they did not know that.
I has a TV in 2010 and it broke 2012 ever since never bought one nor used any.i kept paying for a license though I did not own a TV. It became a financial burden till I stopped. I have been mailing the TV license people calling them to cancel they refused. I even asked them to come audit me they refused yet they want me to pay for a service that I don't use. They are abusing me emotionally, mentally and financially
