Does anybody actually answer students at this place? I have had numerous issues since registration. Including not being able to write exams. At the moment, I am trying to fix a mess that either Skills Academy or Department of Education made, but not one person replies to my mails. This is not on. I expect more from an institution that is dealing with peoples futures.
FNB it cannot be this difficult to downgrade an account. In the meantime I am getting charged more and more bank fees. Please call me so that we can arrange to close this account immediately. I cannot be a part of a bank that is so useless.
Does it really need to come to this? I have been trying since the 2nd Jan to get my account downgraded to a cheaper one. It's the 20th now and its still not done. In the meantime, i'm still being charged bank charges and other fees. Close this account ASAP. I'm sick of begging now.
I can't express the frustration and disappointment in Nedbank at the moment. Imagine waking up on the 1st January with an unauthorised debit order of nearly R14000 of our account. When we queried it, It was for our credit card account that they say we haven't paid since July, but we've sent Ishram all the POP's. Despite the fact that we have stuck to our payment arrangements and are now short for our Home loan, they don't want to reimburse us the full amount. Do not bank with them. I want to know who authorised this debit order to go through or I will speak to the Ombudsman.

Very disappointed in my starting experience with Bonitas. I moved to them because my broker said they were good. So far, it's been awful. They initially loaded us with no waiting period (which is correct). The next thing I got a new membership certificate that we all have a 3 month waiting period. I enquired and no one answers. I then do an EFT payment on the 1st of the month as I was concerned about changing bank details. They still debited on the 5th and because it's the old account, it returned. they then suspended the account. Please note that the account was paid on the 1st of the month. And they didn't allocate the payment?? I am regretting moving to them. Keyhealth would've been better.
Before I go to the Ombudsman, maybe someone can call me from this company to explain why you are trying to rip us off. I got a notice that the medical aid short paid the hospital of R250. I asked them to send banking details. Payment was done. Nu debt didn't allocate the payment on time and now they are sending me daily notices with the amounts now reaching R180. You people are ****** and I am going to take this further.
Don't use this company. The "management" is unhelpful and very rude. Waited for over a week to hear from the insurance and when I followed up with them they were very abrupt. The team was supposed to come and they didn't pitch up. Then when they arrived on the Monday eventually, they demanded the excess be paid and cleared immediately. In the meantime the guys are standing and smoking. They are just unprofessional.
People, becareful when dealing with Iwyze insurance. We pay our premiums on time. We have everything insured through them. We have a leak for the last week and a half. Plumbers came out and did the assessment quickly. Been waiting for over a week for authorisation and claim finalisation. I've called in numerous times and spoke to numerous people and I'm getting no results. In the interim, the leak is getting worst and ruining the one bedroom.
Becareful of this company. They made big promises to help. Took our money for their fees and now we are in more trouble than before. They said my instalment would be one amount and it's not. Think twice before using them. I am now fighting for a refund.
