I purchased a voucher on January It only came to my attention when I made an enquiry that I should have used the the number that I used to register my Money Market profile. ( I haven't used money market in years) I then proceeded to ask for a number change as advised. Do I really need to wait it's now day 5 and that voucher was needed urgently. I called shoprite several times to check if my voucher number has been processed but to this day I haven't received any feedback.
My review was removed where I show a true reflection of Revibe service and the way they intimidate customers in removing negative reviews. The below review shows a response from them claiming I made claim.Which is false.
<div>The phone was not cracked it was in perfect condition I even forwarded the picture of the phone. I called them and they said it might have been the fault of the courier company and they won't do anything about that. At this point I have nothing to gain for slander. I've lost my money and I can't pay 1500 for a cracked phone where as it left in perfect condition. They are dishonest.Theres a video and a picture of the phone before it left it was in good condition My daughter received the phone on the 27th and she could not use it due to the sound problem. I logged a claim as soon as I realized there was a problem. I also proceeded to call them as soon as they received the phone and they said all was in order and they are going to check the issue at hand which was the speaker. It went twice for a quality check run and none of the conversations did they raise issue of a cracked phone. They can keep the money and their phone its okayy.My review is truthful and 100% accurate.</div>
Worst service......🤬🤬🤬🤬 1.The phone came with a speaker problem it was not in a box it was only covered in bubble wrap 2.My daughter received it on the 27th of October she started using on the 29th thats when I could hear that there was a problem with it's speaker/sound. 3.My first claim was rejected as they had said I didn't attach any required documents/ proof ( which i did) 4 I preceded to log another claim and now they say there was physical damage to the phone they attached a picture of a cracked phone and it was without a scratch when it was returned and the say I must pay an additional amount of 1500 as a shipping fee. 4.If the phone was in quality check twice wouldn't they have mentioned while I kept calling them that the phone was cracked. I called Revibe and they said everything was in order and they are busy with checking for sound problems. I have a recording of the conversation it was for my daughter so she could hear that I have been checking in on the progress of of the phone. I'm defeated.

My brother made a payment for his application however he received that his application was ommited due to no payment. I've tried to contact TUT through all available platforms however I have not received any assistance I'm immensely disappointed
I canceled my subscription in March however I've been billed each month and I don't even have access to my account as it has been locked. I have tried to seek other ways to fix the matter however I have been unsuccessful.

I'm disappointed to say the least.Not hardly an hour that I called RAM regarding problem I have with their delivery practices guess what,the did the exact same thing I enquired about again I placed an order for my daughter with Bash.And I was trying to alert them that whenever they deliver to her they just decide to leave her parcels at the varsity Post office without her being consulted. This has been an ongoing issue and I've taken it upon myself to be in communique with them regarding the matter yet they are not complying.This is the 5th if not 6th time this has been happening it has been such an inconvenience because they never call they just deliver the items ad leave them at the post office without communicating with the recipient first.
I subscribed to this app but cancelled my subscription on a later yet a subscription fee is being deducted from my account and I can't remove my card details on the app
