It's great until it isn't. I don't understand why my trip fees is changed from R90 to R170 and I don't get reimbursed for it. Accidents on the road, road work etc. should not be held accountable for on the part of the passenger. Sometimes even the drivers themselves fiend the route then the trip ends up being more. This is total ******* #BlackFriday
When it comes to buying a WiFi package and making sales, they ware 100% on top of things. However, when it comes to customer service, it is extremely frustrating to deal with them. Extremely long replies amd feels like the agents there have minimal knowledge on processes. I wouldn't recommend RSAWEB for anyone! #BlackFriday

It's always and vibes at this place. If you're looking for a good time, I would totally recommend Extrablatt. Good food and drinks, shisha, good music.
Their food is really not the best, burgers are dry and chips are thin and dry as well. Service was below average and we needed to get up from our table at least twice to go and look for the waiter. Wouldn't recommend.
This business has officially gone downhill with their online services... Not only could we not order more than 2 bags of pet food before, we can now no longer order more than 1 bag of pet food of the same item. Delivery costs have also increased from R120 to R200 YET WE CAN ORDER LESS ITEMS THAN BEFORE. Ordering 3 bags of food (1 bag being the same item of the 2) will give you a delivery cost of R430, how putrid!! You should rather not offer online services then if this is the case.
Probably the worst tattoo experience I've had... Tattoo artist was unprofessional leading up to the day of the tattoo. I had sent the design I wanted a month in advanced only for him to send me "what he came up with" a day before the day of getting the tattoo, despite following up with him a week in advance as well as a few days prior. When we got there, we were not happy with the design and had to wait another hour and half for him to come up with something. Unfortunately due to my naivety, we had decided to go through with the tattoo and even then, his work was average. Having done the exact same tattoo for both of us, there are a lot of discrepancies. Will never recommend going here.
It's very difficult to get a hold of ITT when you have any issues with receiving a parcel. 1) They do not send you a notification prior to your parcel being out for delivery so you just get an unexpected phone call from the drive that he's outside 2) When calling their customer service to report an issue, they advise someone will call you back but they NEVER do 3) The only reason this is 2 star review is because I had a VERY patient driver by the name of Nino who went out of his way to make sure that I receive my order. Thank you so much Nino.
The stores are barely presentable but their online customer service is the worst, honestly. I had to wait 9 days for a refund issue to be sorted and not even an apology when the advisor eventually came back to me after I HAD TO FOLLOW Up after the 3rd time. Ridiculous.
I researched optometrists before choosing an optometrist to go to and Mullers just stood out for me. They have not disappointed! Excellent customer service and very thorough with their testing and examinations. They had so much patience with me when choosing a frame, as I can be quite indecisive. Good variety of frames to choose from as well. Very different from my first experience at an optometrist. I will most likely stick with them for a long time to come.
