Poor quality tyres
In July 2024 I purchased 4 brand new tyres at Mercedes Benz Sinoville and they fitted them,within couple of weeks it was alerting me about the tyre pressure. I went back to the dealership to inform them about the problem and they cleared the notification. The following day while driving on a highway, the tyre burst. I went back to them to lay a complain that I've raised the complaint couple of times about my suspicion of poor quality tyres. The manager tried to convince me that I drove into a sharp object on the road. He saw the 2 cuts, one on the side and the other underneath the tyre. I bought a new tyre to replace the one that was damaged and after the inspection we found break pad inside the tyre. I almost died when getting a puncture and still Mercedes Benz is refusing to take accountability of their poor service

Excellent service with terrible sorrounding
Beautiful place and excellent service. You must just have a car to travel around, there isn't much public transport. Squatter camps on the entrance makes the place seems creepy

Sample of empty container
I'm so disappointed, I bought Elizabeth Arden products and they included the eye cream that is completely empty, I wrote them an email to raise my complain. They rep**** the message stating that they don't have the eye cream samples and instead they will give me a voucher of R50 for my next order. After few hours they retrieved all the messages they've sent me. I don't have a voucher, I don't have the eye cream. Day light *******

Mcdonald Wonderboom terrible service
I've ordered food on the app for my child who was at school, the delivery guy refused to leave the food at the office, and cancelled my order, I am struggling to get direct contact details of the store and I tried sending an email with no response. Terrible customer services
