Not happy with the service i received when i paid for an order online and cancelled the order the same day. Still struggling getting my money back even if i send them a Confirmation letter from Woolworths Financial Service stating i made the transaction. Order nr Q149561

I received the settlement letter made a payment from FNB to FNB on the 7th of January its now the 17th FNB still did not send Debtbusters the paid up letters. I had to pay the settlement amount in pieces as to FNB system did not allow me to pay the whole amount. Now i have been waited 10days for FNB to write off R2. Why can they not provide me with the paid up letters for all the acounts as all is paid up now. FNB said it would take 4 days to process. Message below from Debtbusters the same message they send me on the 13th January 2022 they send me today again. Please note that I am still waiting for the following FNB paid up letters: • 4000037249102 to be sent before the end of business today • 62155148242 to be sent before the end of business today 4000507486539 – there is a small balance of R2, they are still writing this amount off.
I am very unhappy with the way that my Debt review has been handled at the end period where i am supposed to get my Clearance Letter. I send an email requesting feedback on the 10th Dev 2021 up to date i had to pull everything out of Debt Busters. They said they will call me or send me an email stating my status as all my accounts are paid. Instead nobody replies. I was told yesterday the consultant which are handling my debt review will phone or email me. Nobody phoned or emailed me. Its been more than a month since i logged this request wf_0588452. I want an answer by Friday to say here are your Clearance Letter and my name removed from Credit Bureau.
I visited the FNB Branch where a consultant at desk 3 assisted me very helpfull. She phoned Debt Review Dept to obtain settlement amount which i can pay to settle the overdraft. The Settlement Dept gave me a settlement amount of R3451.14 which is valid for only the 6th January 2022 but they refused to give me a letter as they said they cannot give me a letter as they not allowed. I am not sure how i am supposed to settle account without having the banking details to pay the money into. Debtbusters told me i can pay FNB straight as this is my last account which i need to settle to get off DEPT Review. I then chatted with Secure Chat to get info what to do now and they provided me with the nr i need to phone 0875774000. i phoned the nr but had to provide my details to about 6 employees as they keep on putting me through to another consultant. they gave after about 30minutes a email address but now i have to wait 3days to get the settlement letter so then the settlement amount they gave me is no longer going to be valid. Very poor service from FNB. I tried to be a client of them but thinknig of leaving FNB as this was so bad service. It doesnt seems like they want their money.
