People still the Fibre cables early Sunday morning, they've been "working" on the repair since Sunday. I've since been without internet/wifi for 3 days now, tomorrow will be the 4th day. I called vuma customer care and was told the repair is "ON HOLD" When I asked to speak to a manager the consultant Debbie told me the manager would call me back, 2 hours later and still no call. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!! They then refer me to WebAfrica's whatsapp that doesn't even work. The agent even said that THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ANOTHE 48HRS. DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM VUMATEL AND WEBAFRICA. NO URGENCY AT ALL TO RESOLVE ISSUES!!!
The claims department at mvia are very informative and makes the process of claiming a breeze. Very helpful and experienced consultants that go the extra mile to get things done!

Vuma are thieves! I've been paying for a 20mbp line for 2 years only to find out that this company is robbing its clients daily! I tested my wifi speed and it's only putting out 7mbp but I'm paying for a 20mbp line. The same thing happened to a friend and he was told that because of their high number of clients they will only give about 10mbp regardless of the speed you are paying for. DISGUSTING!
My colleagues and I ordered from kfc Blue route, the order kept getting delayed until it took almost an hour to deliver the food, which was by then lukewarm and not even correct. I then complained to uber eats about the order being wrong and all they respond with was that they were unable to provide a refund on this occasion after they looked into it, all we wanted was the food to be corrected and especially with the way they hike up the prices of things on the app. Their level of customer support is a disgrace and not worth the effort. At least Mr D and Bolt food are actually competent. KFC BLUE ROUTE is also a culprit in this since they're the ones that messed up the order to begin with
This company employs creeps! One of their employees sat in his bakkie at a local park taking photographs of young girls/woman, then waited until they walked away to push a public bench down a slope so that when others came they couldn't sit in that spot. The same guy then drove into the gated community of Buckingham Mews in Elfindale after that. Instead of working this guy was in a park like some creep photographing girls and woman without consent as if he had a right to, one would wonder if he's a human trafficker the way he acted. Worst part is that he sat in a bakkie marked with the company logo, poor marketing on his part.
My wifi was never installed properly and I ended up having to buy a wifi extender to pick up signal a room away. The installer told me that it'll extend after a few day but it never did. They didn't check that the signal carried through the small house and left. Considering we pay for their services only to have their installers lie to customers who weren't the wiser because they want to fill a quota. When you have an issue or need reinstallation, us as the customer is expected to jump through hoops just to get hold of them without them considering that we too work in order to pay th for the services and expect a speedy reply in order to make the necessary arrangements when we need to have someone come out to look at the fiber. Disgusting how they can essentially rob their customers blind and treat them in a such a way when we pay for their services.
