The Staff/Cashiers at Total Sports took my Money was supposed to be a payment into my TFG account. I was then advised the payment got cancelled and they have refunded me the money which was a lie. The money has not been received into my account several days later. My TFG account has not been paid for still, this will accrued arrears and affect my Credit report. You have belittled me and violated my rights as a consumer and a citizen in this country. Financially, mentally and credit profile has been affected by the neglence of your staff. The store managers refuse to process a refund for me!!!
Hi I recently took a loan with you. I was at your branch earlier today to finalize the loan. I had straight out TOLD THE LADY ASSISTING ME THAT I DO NOT WISH TO SWITCH TO CAPITEC! I want to stay with my bank as this will inconvenient me several ways. 1. This means I will have to switch all my debit orders to capitec 2. My salary will now be paid late Can this be redone? Also I would like to lodge a formal complaint, please advise of necessary steps
Dstv cancelled my connection without any valid reason telling me I owe them for last month. They are claiming that they can see the payment I made but it didn't come to them (dstv) it went to multi-choice as such I need to double pay now. Called them and they reconnected my services for 3 days and had to call them again. Bare in mind I have been charged for re-connection fee twice in month already. Spoke to Zimkitha who is a TL and she disconnected my call during our conversation!!!! I am old and a vulnerable customer. Dstv is putting me under a financial constraint!!!
I paid for their TEFL Certificate and later that day was convinced to make a payment as they have a special for the placement package and other add-ons and so I went on as it seemed like a great offer and I made the payment and sent in my Proof Of Payment (POP) just like I had done. When I needed to gain access to the materials. This gentleman told me he never received the money, resent the POP and he denied denied denied! Days went and he swore at me and hung up on the phone.
A bunch of unruly scammers, who wouldn't refund me my money!!! Their agents are quick to take our money and missell their products. This company is Non-compliant!! When I call them, I am not getting any answers. Their administrative skills are a real joke, as well as their finance team, customer service, Complaint department
Terrible customer service from staff. Sphe (waitress) from Musgrave Centre. Absolutely rude!!! Order took over 40 minuets to arrive at our table. N.B it was not even that busy. Everything else we had ordered thereafter never arrive to the table not even the bill itself! How ridiculous Thanks A very angry customer
