I bought a new tyre at the branch in Ormonde and had to beg the guy to put back the spare wheel in the carriage it normally sits in. When I drove close to 10km the car started shaking and in my mind, I thought maybe they charged me balancing and didn't do it. Drove slowly until I reached home only to find out that they didn't tighten up the bolts. I nearly died if I didn't be mindful and all. It was the last time they would smell my money as that's the worst service one can get from a wheel place.
Bad experience, bought from the brother shop Boardmans and I was told they can't see the payment raised with Edgars and was told to wait until the 10th of July to show on the statement mind you this was raised on the 12th of June 2024. I am asking myself if it was ***** they would have gotten away with everything in my account cuz nothing has been done so far.
one of those moments where you regret buying something from the company. Purchased a stand-in in May 2024 and got delivered a factory faulty one. logged a return and 2 months later they sent a driver without a stand but for collection. how messed up is said, where must I put my belongings?
****py service from those guys. The car has been in their service bay for close to 4 months now and I am told stories after stories. The only call you can expect from them is a complaint about the speed that you driving on.
4 months down the line and I haven't received my refund. Why must a person sweat this much for their own money? You have proven to many that you care less about customer service. Always getting stories that a refund was processed and after 7 days none in the account.
****py service still promised a response and refund after 48 hours. I just want my money and not their excuses and reports
This guy I have bought some items from them since the 9th of December 2021. They promised a refund after 3 days counting from 4th Jan 2022. Till now none has been done or communicated. Last time shopping on the portal and wish to warn all about the poor service that is dispensed
Good service from Karabo @Paul-Maher. Went to the dealership thinking it's a certain issue with my Kouga but Nah the chap helped me save a lot. One of the reasons I will come back to the dealership is because of that kind of services.
