Good day I went to buy groceries at a different retailer at the Dobsonville Mall and then I couldn't find everything I wanted at that shop and I went to Boxer still at the Dobsonville Mall and left all my groceries at the parcel cubicle of Boxer just outside the store.Then I got number 51 tag for my parcels.So after I finished my shopping at Boxer Superstore and wanted my parcels at the parcel cubicle the lady that works there told me some young boys came with the same number tag 51 to release my parcels.And so I went into the store to report the matter and the guy who is a supervisor and a specialist of CCTV came eith me to the Surveillance room and we were able to see the little rascals who were sent to take my groceries(Which I believe someone did not do their job effectively and also a sort of syndicate musy be happening within the store).And so I would like to thank and recommend from the bottom of my heart the CCTV specialist and the whole team of management because they gave me back everything that I bought from a different store and never even complained about the prices which were a bit more at their However I would urge the management to increase the security visibility all around Boxer and the Dobsonville Mall at large.Thank you Boxer Dobsonville Mall a million times.Father God Bless you daily.
I still didn't hear from cash Converters Eyethu Shopping Center since last week on the 18/07/2024 I went to them and got a very bad deal.I do not like the attitude of one of their sales/customer service agent.He lacks integrity,ethics and professionalism.He treated myself and my husband like beggars nit customers.His service was lowest grade I have come across.He also gave me a new lian contract and never cared to explain to me his reasons for tearing the previous loan document I came with which was dated 18/06/2024 and expiration date of 18/07/2024.He never even bothered to expalin to me why he doesn't issue me with a receipt dated 18/07/2024 until 18/08/2024 proving that I paid R370 for my loan interest so that my cellphone is kept safe until my next repayment.Instead he kept on issuing belittling statements and asking my husband foolish humiliating questions because he hated questions which I asked him about terms and conditions of my loan contract.
I am so deeply hurt and dissatisfied and disappointed by an agent at Cash Converters Eyethu Shopping Center who kept on humiliating my husband by telling him that I am bossy and talkative and that he thinks I make dominate him at home just because I was just asking relevant questions regarding my loan contract against my smartphone.I had to know more about loan terms and conditions because today was my due date to repay my debt.I also wanted to pay R800 which was half the price of my loan debt.And so I tried to enquire from him if I could pay R800 and come back 2 days later to come and pay the balance amount of R833 in 2 days tome20/07/2024)which he refused to have empathy or go an extra mile.He however took only R370 from me for interest fee instead of the R350 which was printed on my loan contract.He then said I was too talkative and he was the only bull in the kraal and he is in charge when I wanted to follow the procedure he was conducting.He afterwards tore in pieces my loan document which I was given on the 18/07/2024 and printed a new one that said I have to come back before 18/08/2024 to repay my loan debt.Subsequently what perplexed me was that he never issued me with a reciept that showed that I paid R370 interest fee today 18/07/2024.I have never seen what this customer service agent did in my life.I am so angry,disappointed and feel so sorry for my husband.

My son aged 19 worked for Vodacom Fox Street Johannesburg for 6 months And when he hit rock bottom and was traumatized and couldn't handle work Pressure was found using substance.And without any Written warning and with just 2 hearings he was promised to he taken to rehabilitation facility however to my disappointment he got dismissed instead of helping him through coping or recovery.Which I feel it is an unfair labour practice and dismissal.I need them to do the right thing help my son recover and reinstate him.It dies not mean because he is much younger he must be fired like a dog.Now due to this dismissal that happened in the last two weeks of December he is more confused and experiencing a mental breakdown.They took advantage of a much younger black child.If they do not respond amicably and sort out their mess I am going to take them to task with all relevant departments.My number 063 817 8133 or whatsapp number 071 797 5162
We have been asking and begging Joburg Water to come and assist us with Meter System that we found broken and mal-finctioning since we moved here in 2021.My Late mother in-law was living here alone So we don't know who broke the Meter but the labourers not even technicians they send here at my home insult us to say they Will not repair bridged Meter System. And now it is even worse our pipe behind The outside toilet is blocked due to our neighbours toilet and drain blockage because we share the underneath piping Connection.Our yard is full of faeces and Stench water and we are unable to use water and flush toilets the whole yard is a mess.I called them on three occasions and whenever they come the labourers say it is not their in their job description to fix at the backyard.They advised me and my neighbour to outsource a local plumber Whereas due to covid and economic factors We are unemployed at the moment. What a nerve they said they will take care of us but they are useless and failing us their own people.The people in grassroots level position abuse us and insult our intelligence As societies.I am hurt and over concerned about us being infected or contaminated By the odour of waste at our back yard.I am unable to open doors during the day because of the unpleasant smell of waste Please somebody intervene and justify us. We hardly have full on our table then we also must look for a plumber to hire and pay Which I say it is a total turn f and a slap in Our faces as citizens of this country.
Hi thanks for publishing my review and dissatisfaction with Maponya Mall Cash Crusaders. However I am still waiting for their positive response so that I can change my negative view about them.They promised to contact me after head office acknowledged the receipt of my complaint and query on the 23rd May 2022.Nevertheless I will keep on reporting until I am justified.
Yesterday 18th May 2022 I went to sell a laminator machine at Cash Crusaders Maponya Mall.To my dissatisfaction and disappointment after being told to sit at the bench for two hours I was finally served by a young chap by the name of THAPELO who told me that my asked for a reciept and then told me my laminator was an alof model therefore the system requires that he test the machine first before he buys it for R150.Wheñ he is supposed to test the working condition of the laminator he tells me that he does not have the hard plastic to test the laminator with.Imagine such poor and humiliating service from such a reputable company nationwide.And so he had to carry the machine back home,what a shame!
We need to talk to Dawn Wing Couriers concerning the unpaid benefits and Provident funds of my husband and my deceased father in law.They toiled hard for this courier services and were never compensated for their services when they left.And when we contact them we are kept on hold forever just to go through HR Dept.until we run out of airtime or until the line cuts off automatically.And we don't have funds to go to their head office at the moment.
