Good morning I don't understand with this Alex Forbes thing if they are *********** or they doing it intensional.They have all your information but still on your verification of step 1 address,name and surname they put wrong information that can not be changed is always grey when trying to change it doesn't allow you to do so yet they have your credintials but when you supposed to verify they wrong and cannot be changed..or give an option to change in that manner you cannot go through and claim..They have all your information but still..this is irritating when you need to claim
Good morning Saze Sasha la Ekurhuleni Emandleni Squatter Camp..we having a big problem regarding the waste collection of which am not to sure what is the reason behind that..Where I reside at Emandlen Squatter Camp Wattville Benoni it's in Ward 30 the garbage is not been collected it's been months now..it's is so filthy for the first time in my life I see such a filthy place .what surprises me the most is that stead around our informal settlement the waste is been collected normal ..only us as squatter camp dwellers we not receiving that prevelage.. because we tried to engage with the ward council that before the waste was collected with no issues what went wrong?he's response was the municipality does not have money 🤑..we also tried to engage with the waste department they will only tell you we fix it but still..so I don't understand if the municipality does not have money for only Emandlen Squatter Camp why the other surrounded areas waste is been collected?the likes of Actonville, Wattville and Leachville..it's only the squatter camps that the municipality don't have money surprisingly..our area is in a very bad condition no one can stay in a stinking area like that one because of waste I don't want even want to mention the rates in that area they can eat you alive..or they waiting for the rates to do some damages before they act...this so sad to our black disadvantaged community. What is going on with our councilor's or is it the waste department to be blamed because we tried to engage with the both parties but the is no solution..I call upon the MMC to just come and do the site visit once in your life time and see for your self if that a good condition to leave people in?just once! ..this is a very bad situation we leaving in .no one deserves this kind of situation since we started voting in 1994..since we calling our nation as free! From what?if we can't be provided with the small essential services . I call upon all Ekurhuleni municipal stakeholders to intervien on our behalf .. this is not life ..this is not how we expecting to be treated as informal settlements dwellers.I cry out loud for help!any help can make changes in our lives and our children..help!help!
I don't know why as South Africans we still using Capitec Bank..the service sucks! everything with them .am not sure how can we trust them with our money's..I called today for assistance I currently sent the funds to a wrong person's account so I called the number that they always saying if you have a problem you should call(0860 102 043) is the one that we reporting to it when you experiencing problems like : reporting *****ulent or if you have any issues..so what happened I called an I find the guy by the name of Bonginkosi he greeted me and I agreed with language which is (isiZulu),he repeated greeting me in English so that I can switch off to English I continued talking (isiZulu) he pretended that he can't hear me because I was speaking isiZulu he dropped the call ,I called I again I find the lady speaking English she kindly assisted me very nicely and I told her what happened..she apologizes on this Bonginkosi guy behavior...she sad I must call around 7:00 of which I did..I find the guy by the name of Bonga I clarified my problem to him that I transferred funds to a wrong person can they reverse them ..the guys sad Capitec protocol does not allow to reverse the amount they not going to help..what a frustrating moment I had..he couldn't help! Mistakes happens we human beings why if I did the mistake of mistakenly transferring funds to Capitec I can not reverse them ! Why is only Capitec who can't do the reversing other banks they do are they *********** or the bank itself is *********** that what I want to be clear on ..if so how can we trust the bank that is *********** with our monies with the staff who only assist the English speaking people only yet we have 11 official languages in South African
<div>Hi Best and home electric furniture I don't know what kind of harassment am facing each and every day.i regret buying from them.now my problem is they deducted the instalment money yesterday of which is something we did not agreed on we agreed on the date of deduction is the 23rd now am left with no money on my acc because they decided to take it.They not the first shop that am having acc on because it's Dec they deduct twice in a month without asking my permission.i've got other commitments to do it's not only them.i also need money to survive.and my payments are not disturbed because of December am still gonna get paid on the 23rd of December ..so I don't know who gave them a permission.i think was not valued enough as a customer because they access to my account it doesn't mean they must do as they like my payments are up to date I don't owe them so I fail to understand why a rush..is the same as this thing of them calling you everyday an mind you my instalments are up to date but the way they harassing me it's like I missed the instalment I can't even do my job properly they call me calling each and every hour so damn irritated .they act as if they are the only shop in the world we have credits from other shops they not doing as them why only them what is so special about them.so in that regard can they give back my money and do their deduction on the 23rd as we discussed and first of all if they see that the date of deduction is going to be disturbed by holidays why they not calling me and ask me that am I disturbed by the holidays as they use to call me daily this time around what made them not to call me..I want my money back finish!</div>
I wish I could give them zero..this group I cannot recommend it to anyone.. very poor service am regretting why I joined them from the first place .am on their scratch and dents ..you know when you joining any company that deals with parts of the vehicle you need to have a peace of mind but with this one more stress!I even get worries when I suppose to take a phone and call them for something that I pay every month it's like they doing you a favor...The experience I got from them I don't wish it could happen to anyone else.. firstly when you call them it goes to the reception you asked them for scratch and dents department they will put you to a wrong one always..when you reach the reception of scratch and dents reception you will find a lady with an attitude ..who is not even value you as the customer..am not sure this happens because am a black female or the do it to each and every customer they come across with..but this happens everytime I called them..am so irritated and full of regents!!
I paid my monthly payments but still the error code for unpaid DStv appears on my screen they sad I must pay extra 477.52 for disconnection of which I don't know about it... multi choice is kaak these nower days they are ****ming us ..
Hi I wrongly paid my monthly installment on the incorrect account number....what happened I went to telkom branch that is in Benoni Lakeside Mall next to Spur to ask for my account so that I can pay the instalment the lady gave me the incorrect acc of which I paid the instalment on it..now am asking for the refund they keep on telling me it's been reported since last year i am calling them the only thing I could hear is that we will escalate this matter ..Everytime..I don't know how do they work??am so dissapointed ..I sent all the proofs to them but nothing is happening
Hi Everyone Am very dissapointed with the scorpion legs protection am not sure if is it *********** or they failing dismally to solv e or to handle matters I was having a case of a company that bumped my vehicle and they did not want to pay or fix my car but they acknowledge d that they were at fault now the agreed to fix my car fine,now they did not I lodged a complain to Scorpion legal protection.mind you the accident took place in September 2022..I lodged a complain at scorpion in January 2023after seeing that things are not happening the way we agreed on. I called Scorpion legal protection for help they told me to send details and documents they requested from me I did..Guess what! Everytime I will have different people who are handling my case and each and every time they change like that they requesting the same documents I sent to the first person who was handling my case.then I will keep on sending them up until a the 4th person . I asked why you only requesting documents but the is no progress on the case? Are they not saving the documents ok..what about the case progress they not even speaking about it .. maybe they *********** or what?? Up until now my case is not resolved no feed back nothing..if I call they tell me to send another documents..am tired of sending documents...but nothing is happening..am thinking of cancelling my policy because they not helpful..they only deducting money and they very *********** in their job K
