So I've visited OK Furniture in Krugersdorp twice and on both occasions the workers did not bother to assist! I had to be assisted by the security lady as the staff conversed like I was non existent. Very disappointing staff members. Big up to thr security lady though!
A few weeks ago, I had a complaint about the school shoes I had purchased for my 6-year-old daughter from Ackermans. I contacted them and they asked for proof of purchase which I provided. They resolved my query effectively and quite fast. I'm really happy with their customer service! #BlackFriday.
I would like to applaud Sibusiso from FNB Insure for his outstanding work. I had a problem with an insurance debit and he made sure that he thoroughly worked on my case and kept me updated from the start up until everything was resolved. Keep up that good customer service, you deserve an award. 🙌🏾

I laid a complaint on the 22nd of May when I was not happy with Goldi chicken I bought at Shoprite as it was basically bones.I did that via the Goldi page on Facebook and was told that they received my complaint and that was it.No feedback on what is happening whatsoever. I am really disappointed by all this as I have loved and supported this brand for years.
I must say I am saddened more than being disappointed by the kind of service I got at two different fnb branches. Now that had me wondering if good service is only offered to South African nationals only? I went there on Friday 31st May with the intention to open a non resident account. I had all.the required documents they had asked for but when I got there I was told that the stamp on my passport is not clear they can't see it properly and was turned away. Yesterday Monday 3rd o June I decided to go seek assistance at a different branch and was told my stamp is old. I am here legally and have the requirements they asked for but never got the relevant assistance. I am deeply saddened by the poor service and lack of compassion I received.
I am so disappointed in the service I got from Stylephase. On the 7th of March I ordered two dresses,then on Monday the 11th I got a call that what I had ordered was out of stock and had to choose something else It was an inconvenience to me but tried to be understanding and did choose something else. Thursday my order arrived and they sent the wrong dress.I told them and they said Monday they will organize for the wrong dress to be fetched of which they didn't bother contacting me regarding that. Even tried talking to them on Facebook no response still. Very disappointed to be paying yet getting such poor service
I purchased the 100gig night surfer data beginning of January which has worked only for 3 days,I contacted the telkom team and was promised to be contacted, it's been 2weeks no one has bothered,so disappointed on how you treat your customers
A week ago I privately contacted Dewfresh with a complaint about the milk I bought,a lady called me two days later saying she's assigned to my case and said she was off sick and would call following day,it's been a week no communication whatsoever, I'm really disappointed in how you treat your customers
I always have good experiences with wsb agents,thank you for providing good services but however my only critic is when it comes to Fica its a bit challenging, please kindly assist on that part,it's my daughter's birthday today but can't withdraw funds because of Fica.
