Livingston hospital an institution named after David Livingstone, how? This morning time is exactly 04:35 and at 03:12 my mom came to the hospital while seeing the sister, she was told that she is not sick.She explained how she has been sick for two weeks and now she is vomiting. The nurse however wrote something incorrect and the doctor questioned her, upon the questioning from doctor she said this one did not mention she was vomiting... now this was not posed in English however in isiXhosa lo not lona but lo not mama. Background this is a Xhosa nurse light in complexion with a red wig main thing here she is in her 20's my mom is well in her 60's and she was referred to as lo even the doctor referred to my mom with dignity. The nurse further victimized my mom by saying I don't have time for you 🤔😳,she says my mom has an attitude 😱😱 a sick patient...she says go on report me she repeats this and I stepped in ok sister I am sorry let us get out of your way what else should be done she came out of her cubicle and said don't forget please mama go report me go to the head nurse please report me. How I don't understand if a doctor who you are working under corrects you how do you do that should it be allowed?
I am on a mission to tell every sound minded individual don't trust Vodacom, I have an issue with them for the past 3weeks almost as a client where they refuse to assist me, they pretend to look into my request Vodacom debited 2months in advance plus they were paid so in one month they have 3payments I have written to the Executives because I have been calling for weeks and customer care, accounts, cancelation nobody is giving me feedback or looking into getting me back my money... don't use Vodacom they are thugs
This station is not well looked after,it could do with an upgrade but the level of attention to detail for service the attendants have is great they are extremely friendly, approachable and kind.
This store is bringing down the Spar name, I am scared to buy meat from them. On three occasions I purchased meat from the store the already seasoned meat seems to be meet that is old and expired. What I do not understand is that the management seems to be aware that they are selling defected meat as I have reported twice and got my money back, the other time I just threw it away I can not drive to go complaint it's too much admin but when you return food items and you hear them say they don't know how many customers already today have complained. I was hosting my daughter's birthday party and I purchased meat from them for kids and it was the horrible meat spar can do better.
Where does Algoa find it's drivers? I recently found myself commuting via the bus and I am so pleased 😊😊😊. I use to take the bus as child from Kabega Primary school home to Sherwood as a kid back in the early 2000 tata Alfred and his colleagues would care for the students softly asking us to behave now as a grown woman with my own child and house when I had to start the year using the bus...the family spirit on the 16:45 Korsten City bus via Newton Park is absolutely amazing. The driver interacts and knows each client and goes out of his way to bring clients close to the various stops which is amazing with loadshedding and the taxis on route
I have been calling since having done my sim swap, Vodacom debited my account 3days after the debit order date, the account was paid and now they are sitting with 3 months payments and I am not getting feedback the issue has not been assigned to anyone to resolve and it's been 7 full working days. Vodacom runs it's business like a mob
am deeply upset and I would like to bring to your attention the lack of care and respect that the Vodacom Repair Store has for clients. The Vodacom Repair Store Greenacres Store Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) treats clients like ***s. I purchased a sim card in November successful had a sim swap done November 2022 the sim card unfortunately during loadshedding lost Network. My phone is duel sim so the one sim card was not affected even though both where purchased at the same time. This past Saturday I headed to the store and Mr Daviess consultant number:176 he wanted to serve a client who had not been in the que who had a network question unfortunately I agreed with the rest of the people who were seated that we all are in the que I had been seated for 1hour 27min with my daughter who was coming down with a flu so I waited to be served and the customer seated behind me wr upset I noted how the consultant wanted to assist this client because I stated that customer care asked me where I got this damaged sim card and he had sold it to me. Clearly Mr Daviess consultant number: was not pleased and not willing to assist me do he told me alot of things in short he didn't even sell me a sim card nor attempt a sim swap for my prepaid number. I contacted customer care and I was requested to go back to the branch. On Sunday morning at9:35 I walked in the branch and Mr Daviess went to the back of the branch, I was assisted by the friendly Mrs Witbooi (consultant:10) who sold me a prepaid sim card and instructed me to call customer care?I was confused because I was instructed to go to any Vodacom store and not purchase the sim at any retailer because even though my contract for the prepaid number was off contract from 2019/2020 my details for Rica are under the contract dept. So I was told however when I called customer service as per Mrs Witbooi instructions the sim card was not Rica. My problem is that I paid R530 because my deposit order had not yet gone off, I was told that I was changed to being a cash customer, it had never happened before since 2018 that I would be a cash customer I pay via debit order always but I paid for the R530 however I took 4 Uber trips for a sim swap which is still not successfully done till this day. on Saturday I spent 84 on a n Uber going to just do a sim swap Sunday I spent R70 going for a sim swap plus I paid R530 and the end of this I am still without my number. I highly believe that an investigation should be done on how that branch treats it's clients from time to time only one person is serving clients while the rest have a chat or walk up and down. Yesterday I was sitting at Bay Radiology referred by Doctor T Governdor because during this pointless exercise of going up and down my daughter caught a flu as the weather changed. I have been inconvenienced and my childs health placed on the line. I truly feel an investigation should be done on that branch and it should be closed permanent. I believe that Vodacom should look into this as I am beyond upset my child has been diagnosed with Pneumonia today due to the fact that we sat at Vodacom Repair store and it suddenly rained outside however this does became a Vodacom caused because had the simple sim swap been done right I would not have been outside with my daughter and had I not has to deal with attitudes (sit for 1hour 27min to be served) and got my sim swap done on time probability is that I could have missed the rain. I have my daughter's health that Vodacom cost me R153 in total for Uber it's absolutely disgusting that this Vodacom store should be able to continue operating when I have been infringed on in so many different ways. I was waiting for a call from a recruitement agent too.. this has cost me so much how does one refuse to assist a client because he wants to assist people jump the line?, how does someone not Rica a sim card when client is sitting with ID and everything? Customer care service personals from Tsepo to his manager who referred me to her colleague Rejoice they truly tried to assist with the difficult situation. Today after so many attempts to contact the Vodacom store Rejoice reached Greenacres to find out what is the failure and if they are aware. Rejoice spoke to Shadley Daviess consultant number 176 he was aware of everything and as she said Mr Daviess like I said here is the customer on the line he lost his mind, he said and I quote "my name is not Daviess my name is Shadley get it right" the more she apologized the more was rude. Eventually he got to me and when I told him I was upset he said thank I hope you have a lovely day and your family gets well. Now it was not necessary for him to attach to customer care consultant or is it the Vodacom way? While a client listens and to give a client so much attitude?
I recently went to Spargos Greenacres Port Elizabeth and I am lost for words....so all I will say is AMAZING, AMAZING, Amazing AMAZING after a disaster at Game Stores Walmart Greenacres Shopping Port Elizabeth I went to de-stress meeting a date and I can simply say Spargos is such a vibe this 30 year old gives Spargos thumbs up a great evening the experience.
I had purchased a new Fridge worth R22k at this store and I went to collect the product but I was referred to every department at some point in the store I waited for 3 full hours to get the lady at the back of the store to see me. Upon the royal arrival of the lady she iced me (here I am thinking it must be personal every single person was assisted) then I had to wait for 2 managers I promptly requested my funds because they were deliberate and I had to wait until almost it was time for tge store to close, I got my money and one of the cashiers said she is so rude she might throw me with things now in a public place I keep my cool because future employers and colleagues could be lurking around the experience I received is not even worth a 1 rating. Game stores Greenacres is creating the worst name for the entire walmat retail group, it is beneath a *** farm they treat black consumers like they do not belong they go out of their way to ensure that black customers don't shop freely. GAME STORES GREENACRES is worst than the streets sales people they don't have customers etiquette
This business supprised me honestly, I have gone from a 1 rating just upset with the service to a wonderful 3,absolutely amazed at the product. I am glad they take every step possible to rectify unsatisfied customers, we are humans but let's get it right the first time. Few suggestions :have an online sells and purchase team this is to advise clients who can not be in store, letting them know how certain products work (single parent mom over here, I had to Google function of products). Follow up's this will make clients feel a part of the business" so the door, sock or whatever you purchased is to your expectations? ",after sales experience is very important customers have post purchasing behavior. I am amazed at the product, effort to resolve dispute and I am on your site purchasing again... A very Well done
