I am getting disappointed on Defy technician, I have bought a machine last year May which within a month it was making a loud sound, I logged a call for it to be locked at ref: 2157911 which they did 10 months later I am experiencing the same thing logged another call last month ref: 22257073advised them I have moved and changed numbers as well they have captured all that last week I called to check on status since they have advised it takes 3 business days for them to come. They advised they could not get hold of me I then asked them which numbers are they using they gave me my old numbers then I asked them I did advise I have changed numbers and address they updated that again but now no one is even calling or coming to fix or maybe they waiting for the 19th so that their warranty expires? Sent an email 3 weeks ago to the support mail and it never gets responded
I have tried to contact TymeBank from whatsapp and calls with no success I have made a mess of puting a wrong number when making payment and paid an amount of R900 to account number 51009002297 instead of 51109002297 is there a way the person can be contacted to reimburse the money or can i have their contact to plead with them?

On the 31st of July 2023 I have requested for warranty recovery to be renewed but always when I call they keep on saying an agent will call me to date no agent has called, then I added a dash cam on my car and after that I realised they have removed the service sensor on my car been trying to get the technician to fix it ever since November 2024 to date nothing still, I have resorted to rejecting their debit orders the only team that calls is accounts and I tell them my story then they say someone will call which never does the next call will another agent from accounts again, when can you get to fix my car?
My experience started okay when I was still under 3 years contract but since it lapsed it has been hard since July 2023 been trying to renew my recovery warranty with no luck as they only carr about the fix contract
I took a contract with Cell C via telemarketers, it was a combo deal for S22 and S23, they only delivered S22 and when I called them to get the other one or return then S22, was being tossed around until I gave up, was being told that delivery company will come even went to walk in offices in Woodmead with no proper resolution. On weekly basis they call to offering me something else like get more and insurance I keep on asking them to resolve my issue 1st to my satisfaction but will never care to, my advise do not take their products via telemarketers, you will not be able to hold anyone responsible even though they say their calls are recorded.
MiWay makes no contact on changes they make on my policy they do not even follow up to ask if I am aware of such changes either
