Toughees shool shoes torn after being bought 2 weeks ago at Jet Store in Daveyton Mall
So I need clarity on the Toughees I bought 2 weeks ago that now all of the sudden it's opened on the sides, like my son had been wearing Toughees to school for years and this has never happened, or maybe it's because I bought them at Jet and it was the 1st time buying the Toughees since I was struggling with sizes at other shops. So please jet explain to me how's that possible, is it you or the manufacturer of Toughees that should be blamed for this inconvenience. Jet at Daveyton Mall like please explain to me what I should do next because I can't afford to buy another Toughees school shoes.

Food Town hyper Majuteni
Since last year the grocery store Food Town Hyper majuteni has been making false adverts, on 2 occasions I asked why is that you advertise a product today and tomorrow when you go the shop it's not there, their reasons was that they didn't know themselves and that specific product was a once off thing but all the time the keep advertising it but you won't find it on the shelves. Now I am asking the management to please explain to me why they keep advertising things that are not produced anymore seeing the employees said that was a once off thing.

Dissapointing Vuma fibre
The way I am so dissaointed with this WiFi but I already paid for this month and I just need them to connect and then I can cancel and find another one.. Like this poeple came to our houses telling us about the fast cheap WiFi and we took it and paid and the WiFi was slow even after we took that one that needs less than 10 poeple and we are 6 at my house and it's still slow and even if it's less than 10 meters we still can't connect and then we couldn't pay cz I didn't have the numbers to use for payments and then we got cut off and then finally the following day after we were cut off we manged to make the payment and this has been more than 24 hours and still no communication and no connection from them and worse part is that number they gave us ya 24 hours is always offline including now as I type this. As I said we are 6 poeple and we all contribute for the payments hence it couldn't be made a debit order so why must we suffer while we still trying to job hunt online. I hope this complain will reach you soon seeing **** we can't get hold of you anyway and your agents at Daveyton Branch.

Please stop taking advantage of our elderly and think they have no one to take care of them
1st of all they made my dad join insurances unknowingly since he's old and I believe they took advantage of him because when we asked him he said he didn't know anything about it until he's TV stopped showing all the channels and we paid, bathong I mean we pay R150 for his Dstv access. I send an email cancelling everything but they said they want to hear from him and we have been waiting for 2 days without hearing from them and my dad is now without his favourite channels and I don't know what else to 2 because called alot of numbers we found online but they kept making us wait wasting another airtime we don't have. I'm really angry shame for what you are doing to my dad after I made sure I pay in time for him to enjoy his shows. We have our own insurances so really we don't need any more.. Call me and him and fix this mess since you said you can't do anything without his approval. I truly hope this matter gets resolved soon and also make an investigation cz now I believe **** there's a syndicate happening of taking advantage of the old people to join in on things they don't know or even understand.

Boxer Lakeside please do better
I don't understand why we supposed to go to the kiosk to make bill payments, I was on the long queue and then when I was done buying groceries I try to make a bill payment I am told to go to the kiosk and when I get the there's no one and apparently we supposed to wait for the cashier to finish by the speed till. I really hated the minutes of waiting from one que to another

Excellent customer service at Boxer liquor store in Daveyton
I'm always complaining about Boxer the supermarket but today I got the best service at Boxer liquor store in Daveyton Mall. This morning I had alot of bags with me and the security guard helped me his name is Leslely together with Obakeng the till operator helped me and put them in the parcel counter for me to able to do my shopping without any hustles. Even when I wanted to go to other shops they allowed me to leave my bags there even though it's not allowed and maybe this might get them into trouble but I would love to say thank you to both guys for the wonderful service and their humanity. Obakeng and Leslely Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Best customer service by Nthabiseng
So I'm from Boxer right now since I forgot to pay the dsvt and cz at Boxer they always post papers on top of the tills stands so that people know which tills are for cash withdrawals to avoid poeple getting in wrong ques only to be turned back and start on a new que which is a drag, so I went at the front to ask the till operator if I was in the right que and she told me she didn't have enough money but I can wait for it if I didn't mind and I did wait and she helped with withdrawal and paying the dsvt and while I was still there another satisfied customer came through to thank her for her assistance and I knew I had to give her the good review for excellent customer service. I am saying this cz some till operaters would given me an attitude for skipping all the poeple in the queue to ask for some assistance but anyway I hope I didn't get you into trouble with other people on the que. Thank you Nthabiseng for the wonderful service and keep up the good work.

Boxer Daveyton Mall what's happening with the Palony and cheese special
So I'm home unemployed and I buy things I need whenever they are on special but ko Boxer Daveyton Mall all the time when they have their Boxer branded Palony and the c***** cheese.. The CHEESE is never there, I went again yesterday and as always the cheese was not there and I asked people working there and apparently it was finished I mean the sale started on the 24 and I went there on the 25 and the cheese was not there and this is not the 1st it has happened hence I thought I should complain about it to have the matter fixed.. I don't get bored writing this complains cz I feel like it's the only way we get to be heard as customers as when you try to ask the right questions at the store they will tell you about the Heard office and what not. Ke kopa cheese hle bathong like how does the palony remain a lot while the cheese which is supposed to be a combo efela alone?

Good customer service at KFC
So Saturday morning before 12 I was at KFC to get lunch and the lady who was assisting me gave me the Best service since I was undecided and it got worse when my card kept declining and she didn't embarrass me instead kept giving me chances to keep trying again..sorry I didn't have the extra R2 for donation but thank you for the service

Bad service at Boxer store
So I send my 14 year old son at Daveyton Mall Boxer to buy the sasko bread that's always on special..so I gave him R80 and so I expected to see 6 loaf's instead he came back with 4 loaf's..what I want to know is that cz the special is well known why didn't the cashier or the security guard turn him back to take more loafs since he forgot..why make a special for thing's and not remind customer's about them..it's worse now that he lost the recipient as well hai man Boxer do your job cz I really love that Sasko special and I can't always come there myself since manje here you are taking advantage of kids I just wonder if you don't take advantage of the elderly or the persons with disability if they also forget certain things..
