Terribile Service
Contacted Mweb on the 09/05/2024 at 10:00 to make arrangements with payment, i have the agents name, was told he made a note on the system and all is fine , the services was suspended on the 10/05/23024, why i am dependent on the wifi, never experienced such bad service , i am done with Mweb , sales are good but after sales is the worst, i am done with Mweb

Been trying to get hold of the for 2 days no success, sent a email no reply, i can not afford to go without my internet as i am a pensioner, been spending a lot of money on airtime.

Went to Shoprite Krugersdorp West, service is terrible, absolutely no compassion with old people collecting their Sassa Grants, service behind the tills are also bad

Receiving terrible service, waiting for 2 weeks for a callback from Vodacom with regards to my contract phone being in for repairs from the 26/11/2022, it was demanded for me to pay an excess of R200 which i paid , and still no phone, i was told repairs will be 7 to 14 working days, it is going now for 5 weeks
