Dear FNB Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the handling of my ***** case, which I opened on 26 January 2026. Since opening the case, I have had to personally follow up multiple times to get updates. Recently, I was informed that the external bank has completed their investigation and is ready to release the funds. However, they require an indemnity form from FNB before they can proceed. Unfortunately, I am now facing further delays because FNB has still not sent me the indemnity form. This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of time that has already passed and the fact that the investigation on the external bank’s side is complete. I kindly request that this matter be treated with urgency and that the indemnity form be sent to me as soon as possible so the funds can be released without further delay. Please provide me with an update on the status of my case and confirm when I can expect the indemnity form. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
I’m not happy at all with Telkom. I took a contract with them years back, last year the contract ended and turned into a month to month basis. I went to Telkom to cancel it completely, just after I cancelled it the same day they deactivated my SIM card for why I don’t know. They deducted money from my account from account for which they said I owed the last month but my thing why did you deactivate my SIM card with data on it, till today I’m waiting for that answer. I’ve been calling with my airtime and I hold long to get help and if I do the phone gets dropped. Till this day Telkom is deducting money from my account for what I don’t know
I’m not happy with the service I received from FNB on 2026/01/26. I made a payment to the wrong account and I contacted them about the situation, I told them about the urgency of this matter, as it is a lot of money. They sent me reversal forms and that I must send it after 3 days. I’ve been a client for more than 10 years. I’ve done all the verification to show that I was the one who sent the money but they are telling me that they cannot reverse the money. What if the money clears on the other persons account, this means that I would lose that money. I am still waiting for the case number from FNB, I haven’t received it. They are telling me that the system is slow. All that I asked since they having the necessary tools to reverse that money. I did not do a immediate payment.
Worst experience ever. I regret why did I contact these people, I am now been forced to pay even though I didn’t study with them. They even went as far as handing me over to the debt collectors. I regret really!!!
This bank is the biggest **** of them all. I took out a credit card and the interest rates that they are charging it is more than what we agreed on. 90% of my instalments every month goes to the interest rates, what a disgrace African bank. I feel like I have been ******. People should know how african bank operate because this is uncalled for. This is the biggest **** shame. I will inform people how African bank is operating because this is not right.
I settled my account with the bank, now they say I can not be issued with the paid up letter because I need to go to the branch to update my details. I’ve been talking to their agents all along and none of them told me about updating of my details now that I’m done paying they don’t want to issue the paid up letter. I told them I’m far to go the the branch but still they don’t want to hear my story.
I regret the day I made contact with these people. I haven’t started but already I’m owing them, I’m evening getting emails and sms everyday from them saying that I’m owing them. Question is what am I owing when I’m not studying with you guys? I even reported the matter to my attorneys.
Someone deposited R1,7k into my bank acc and you decided to deduct R23,80 from my account for what? And it’s not like my bank was on minus. So according to you that’s the right thing to do? 🚮
Barcelos Kimberley, you saying you closing at 23:00pm i went there and 22:10 I was told it’s closed. The supervisor was very rude so please can be honest with the time
