I was sent a parcel via Pax I have not receive the which should have arrived on the 14 of January which was also delayed as the sender had pay for 3 days delivery but still that did not happen they estimated 14 of January which then makes it 7 days ,which is not fair if you have paid for service of 3 days as the cost are not the same.now further more it still has not arrived in one of the pep store in Cape Town parcel no is D511032435170
I was involved in a car accident in May 2023 by the client who uses outsurance.the client gave me all the details including reference number..till this date my car has not been fixed n follow up as to what is the cause of delay.my question is that I have reference number that has been created so for such a long time why doesn’t the company make follow up as to fixation of the car or they waiting n hoping that the car will be magically fixed then they don’t pay for damages as we speak now my car has different sounds n constant collective of air..n it rusting
I insured my bags which is out and about I have been paying 2400 in total for my items,I happen to be in an unfortunate situation on the 8 August 2023 I was ****** around Bosman bust station my bags were in the suitcase with other dressing up items my Gucci sneakers n hand bag with Versace slides my LVBag n Christian Dior Sunglasses n hand bag.all these items was insured.Upon taking this cover I was never told that if claiming for any of these items will have to submit proof of payments or purchase.one of Outsurance request that I submit the proof of ownership what makes this a sad event is that since I bought these items I have moved between provinces secondly I bought some of these items in Dubai ,and some were gift the person that gifted me has passed on so I don’t have access to his documents I asked the consultant that are they saying that I should go to his graveyard and ask for proof,should I fly to Dubai to get these proof of purchase,Outsurance was never clear to me that before they cover any items they need proof of ownership,one insurer their items because South Africa is not safe n when one buy items you don’t anticipate to loose them however one can not isolate themselves from being a victim of *******,Outsurance looks for reason not to payout is this company an insurance company or money **** you pay premiums at the event of claim you being treated like a ********.it is very disappointing that insurance company looks for reasons not to payout when they they have been collecting their premiums why don’t they ask for these things at the beginning before deducting their premiums.they wanted my Google location my bus ticked to prove that I was really traveling ..pls assist to be honest I lost premium that I have been paying for along with my items I was ****** by ****s and the insurance itself ****** me as well.if was clearly indicated to me that no proof of ownership the insurance doesn’t pay I wouldn’t have cover These items..practically who keeps receipt from 2020.the company should give you a choice
On the 19/8/2022 I was traveling to Durban I booked a bus greyhound Dreamliner my travelling time was 21:00 but there was a delay on with greyhound.sadly Sr the abus arrived and it was different bus it was citiliner how can we pay for luxury and the next thing you travel in the most uncomfortable bus ever if I wanted another bus I would have booked the cheapest but because comfort goes along way I paid for it.n there was no change in the fees but mode of transport has changed
My name is Thulile fortunate Vundla my car insurance is with king price.I paid axcess of 290000 to Panelbeaters end of February,I was informed that if there is third part involved axcess is to be claimed from the third part by legal department (recoveries ) .Today I received an email from king Price legal representative stating that the amount of 3500 is to be paid to my account,yet m expecting a full amount of 29000 to be paid into my account.my question is that what potion are they paying n also as my representative how can they allow the opposite insurance to exploit me to this extent that the pay this amount,and also they never discussed with me that the axcess will pay 3500 instead of 29k.. Please intervene in this matter urgently..I am willing to send proof of payment for axcess that I paid .my monthly premium was 3500 a month so does this mean that m paying for my own car damages so what does insurance do
Last year October I was involved in a car accident my vehicle was crushed by truck standfoam registration no CEY 16833.I was emailed a ref no Paladin Ref 159905: that was from the company just after the accident,however they were delays with the vehicle repairs due to parts not being available in SA the vehicle was completed this year January.I collected the car end of February with up front payment of excess fee of 29k.on the 10 March my insurance King price submitted claims to them of which I believe it via they insurance Paladin they requested for 30 days from the 10 March which went pass.on inquiry with king price regarding progress as I am expecting my excess from the third part. They respond was that they waiting for documents from their client m failing to understand as to why there is still documentation outstanding after such a long time from the accident period It is brutally unfair they driver damaged my car due to his reckless driving, n I ended up with car that is not in it original condition n now this company is playing hide n sick behind documents and procedures to be followed I fail to understand if this is done because m black young female I refuse to be put through such financial set back This company n they insurance must pay atleast I deserve my excess back which was also a loan as I needed the car back it urgent they cannot be the reason
On the 3 October 2021 I took my car to BP garage for car wash as they have car wash service.I handed the keys to the staff member I then left as it takes about 45 min to an hour to have your car ready.on my return they had just finish washing and wiping the car,I went I paid for services as I was about to start the car I noticed that the wind screen is cracked and has glass particles,I came out of the car I asked what happened to the windscreen nobody knows,I called for their manager who was inside,I came and he saw the crack along with pieces of glass particles,he then went to the camera that they have at the garage to have a view of could have happened,nothing was visible.he then said he will write a report and inform his boss of the incident.I left I came back on Monday of which I was told that he is the meeting.I left my cell no so that he could call of which he never did call,few days later after I went to the garage again he was not available but he left a message that he will not be held responsible for the windscreen. Please kindly assist so that it doesn’t happen to the next person because something did happen to the wind screen,and that if you are a business owner you give yourself time to attend to cases n where it die you pay for damages not to push the blame,I know for a fact that when I got to the garage the windscreen was not damage,and also if it was long damaged how was it that there were still glass particles on the car
Last year end of November I was urgently looking for accommodation.unfortunately I was at work out of Johannesburg therefore I had a letter of approval from central development in Sanridge that was the 2 bedroom apartment I was going to be moving in.I made payment of 7800 to hold space.however I had to send my payslip and bank statement,unfortunately my bank app was not working there I had to do a bank statement nad make a copy n sent it to them of which I did.minutes later I got told that they suspected fraud on my documents therefore my application is being declined,there no refund of the money that I paid.I explained to them that the same i account I used to transfer the money with.along that mist I got approval with another property agency so I didn’t have time to go back to them regarding the documents but I want that company to return my money

Can you pls intervene in this matter my transport is very costly on public transport so now m I. A position where I am actually paying for two cars which is next to impossible to afford King price should be more of an assistance to me but irrespective of my request they point blank let refuse to assist
